Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は穀物タンクのオーガに係るものである。
（従来技術） 従来、コンバインの穀物タンクにはオーガが取付けてあ
り、オーガから穀物運搬車の荷台に穀物を移して運搬し
ていた。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） しかし、従来はオーガにセンサーが取付けられていない
ので、始終のぞきこんで監視しながら作業をしなければ
ならなかった。
（問題を解決するための手段） 本発明は、その不便を解消したもので、穀物タンクのオ
ーガ排出口近傍位置にセンサを設け、穀物運搬車の荷台
の側枠の高さと穀物の高さの差を前記センサーで検出し
て、その差が一定以下になれば警報牽停止・首振り・そ
の他の作動を生じるように構成した穀物タンクのオーガ
の構成を発明の要旨とする。
一実施例を図により説明すると、１はコンバイン、２は
刈取部、３はコンバイン１の走行装置、４はコンバイン
ｌの穀物タンク、５は穀物タンク４に取付けられている
オーガであり、オーガ５の排出口６の近傍位置には超音
波センサー７を取付ける。８は穀物運搬車、９はその車
輪９であり、前記超音波センサー７は穀物運搬車８の側
枠１０の高さと穀物１１の高さとの差１２を測定して警
報舎停止・首振り・その他の作用を奏しさせる。
第２図はブロック図で、１３は発信器、１４はインター
フェース、１５はマイクロプロセッサ−１１６はメモリ
、１７はブザー、１８は首振りモーターである。
（作用） 次に作用を述べる。
本発明は、前記の構成であるから、コンバイン１を運転
して、刈取作業を行ない、穀物タンク４内に所望量の穀
物が貯留されたら、穀物運搬車８の側部に移動し、オー
ガ５を運転して排出口６より穀物運搬車８内に穀物１１
を放出する。このとき、穀物１１の上面と側枠１０の上
部との差１２が一定以下になると、超音波センサー７は
その旨検知してブザー１７を鳴奏させるから、コンバイ
ン１と穀物Ｍ搬車８との相対的な関係位置をずらして排
出口６より穀物運搬車８内に穀物を投げ込むようにする
。
従って、穀物１１は側枠１０より溢れることなく平均し
て積込みすることができる。
（効果） 本発明は、穀物タンクのオーガ排出口近傍位置にセンサ
を設け、穀物運搬車の荷台の側枠の高さと穀物の高さの
差を前記センサーで検出して、その差が一定以下になれ
ば警報−停止・首振り・その他の作動を生じるように構
成した穀物タンクのオーガの構成のため、穀物運搬車８
を上部から覗き込まなくても、穀物１１の状態を正確に
把握できるので、積込み作業が迅速に行なえると共に、
均一に積込むことができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 穀物タンクのオーガ排出口近傍位置にセンサを設け、穀
    物運搬車の荷台の側枠の高さと穀物の高さの差を前記セ
    ンサーで検出して、その差が一定以下になれば警報・停
    止、首振り、その他の作動を生じるように構成した穀物
    タンクのオーガ。
