Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、特に乾電池のような物品の周面上で緊縮可能
な多層の粘着レッテルであって、透明な保護層によって
覆われて外から見える印字のための支持層を有しておシ
、最も外側の保護層が収縮性のプラスチックから成る少
なくとも軸方向に延伸された透明なライニングフィルム
によって形成されている形式のものに関する。
従来の技術 この種の粘着レッテルは、物品の周面の母線に沼って位
置することになる両端縁が互いにオーバラップするよう
に貼付される。この場合、数時間後には外側に位置する
方の端縁近くの縁部範囲がはく離することがあることが
判っている。このようなはく離はレッテル自体の固有剛
性およびこの固有剛性に起因して緊縮後に弧生ずる戻し
力に原因がある。
発明が解決しようとする課題 本発明は、物品の周面の母線に沿って互いにオーバラッ
プする両方の端縁の内の外側に位置する端縁がその隣接
する縁部範囲においてはく離することがないようにする
ことを課題とする。
課題を解決するだめの手段 この課題を本発明は冒頭に述べた形式の粘着レッテルに
おいて次のようにして解決した。即ち、支持層が物品の
周面の母線に沿って延びている一方の端縁、それも粘着
レッテルの緊縮後に他方の平行な端縁を覆うことになる
端縁の近くに、少なくとも１つの切込み線を有している
のである。
本発明によるとの切込み線は固有剛性、ひいては戻し力
を臨界範囲内で分断することになる。
他面においてこの切込み線は請求項第２項の実施態様に
おいても外部から見えることもない。
特に有利な切込み線の実施態様が請求項第６項から第５
項までに示されている。
実施例 次に図面に示しだ実施例に従って本発明を詳述する： 第１図に示す粘着レッテルは特にシリコンから成る抗接
着性の層４を有するベース２上に設けられている。この
粘着レッテルは、下側に粘着剤層６を有して上側に蒸着
層２２を有している支持層８から成っており、蒸着層２
２上に印字１０が位置している。この印字１ｏは、下側
にライニング接着剤層１２を有するライニングフィルム
１４によって覆われている。
ベース２は１本のテープの形をなしており、このテープ
はレッテルの製造時およびレッテルを物品へ貼付するた
めに引きはがす時矢印Ａの方向で移動する。
蒸着層２２および支持層８はベース２の移動方向で後方
の端縁３０の近くに切込み線３２を有している。この切
込み線３２は押抜ナイフ３４によって形成される。
第２図は、粘着レッテル３８を周面に貼付されている乾
電池３６を斜視図で示している。縁部範囲４０はまだ粘
着されてない状態で示されている。この縁部範囲４０の
端縁４２の近くには、端縁４２に達する分岐線４６を有
する直線状の切込み線４４が施されている。
縁部範囲４０の右側に別の実施例の縁部範囲５０が図示
されている。この縁部範囲５０は直線状の切込み線４４
および分岐線４６に並んでその内側に第２の直線状の切
込み線５２を有している。
この縁部範囲５０の右に示されている別の縁部範囲６０
は２本の直線状の切込み線４４゜６２を有している。
さらに右側に図示されている別の縁部範囲７０は蛇行線
をなす切込み線γ２を有している。
第３図は、第１図に示されている各層２，４゜３、　８
．　２２を有する複合テープ８２をロール体８０が引き
出されている状態で示している。
この複合テープ８２は上側に２つの印字ローラ８４．８
５によって第１図の印字１ｏに相当する印字を施される
。次いで複合テープ８２は押抜ナイフ９０を有する押抜
ローラ８８の下へ到達し、押抜ナイフ９０が第２図に示
すような切込み線４４，４６を形成する。次いでガイｒ
ローラ９２を介して、ライニング接着剤層１２を下側に
有するライニングフィルム１４が印字および切込み線を
有している複合テープ上へ接着される。このようにして
得られた複合テープはレッテル押抜ローラ９４によって
個個の粘着しる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、物品（２０）の周面上で緊縮可能な多層の粘着レッ
    テルであつて、透明な保護層（１４）によつて覆われて
    外から見える印字（１０）のための支持層（８）を有し
    ており、最も外側の保護層（１４）が収縮性のプラスチ
    ックから成る少なくとも軸方向に延伸された透明なライ
    ニングフィルム（１４）によつて形成されている形式の
    ものにおいて、少なくとも前記支持層（８）が物品の周
    面の母線に沿つて延びている一方の端縁（３０、４２）
    、それも粘着レッテル（３８）の緊縮後に他方の平行な
    端縁を覆うことになる端縁（３０、４２）の近くに、少
    なくとも１つの切込み線（３２、４４、４６、５２、６
    ２、７２）を有していることを特徴とする、粘着レッテ
    ル ２、切込み線（３２、４４、４６、５２、６２、７２）
    が支持層（８）および印字（１０）並びに印字（１０）
    と支持層（８）との間の蒸着層（２２）に施されている
    、特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の粘着レッテル ３、切込み線（７２）が蛇行線をなしている、特許請求
    の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の粘着レッテル ４、切込み線（４４、５２、６２）が直線をなしている
