Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、特に乾電池のような物品の周面上で緊縮可能
な多層の粘着レッテルであって、透明な保護層によって
覆われて外から見える印字のための支持層を有しておシ
、最も外側の保護層が収縮性のプラスチックから成る少
なくとも軸方向に延伸された透明なライニングフィルム
によって形成されている形式のものに関する。
従来の技術 この種の粘着レッテルは、物品の周面の母線に沼って位
置することになる両端縁が互いにオーバラップするよう
に貼付される。この場合、数時間後には外側に位置する
方の端縁近くの縁部範囲がはく離することがあることが
判っている。このようなはく離はレッテル自体の固有剛
性およびこの固有剛性に起因して緊縮後に弧生ずる戻し
力に原因がある。
発明が解決しようとする課題 本発明は、物品の周面の母線に沿って互いにオーバラッ
プする両方の端縁の内の外側に位置する端縁がその隣接
する縁部範囲においてはく離することがないようにする
ことを課題とする。
課題を解決するだめの手段 この課題を本発明は冒頭に述べた形式の粘着レッテルに
おいて次のようにして解決した。即ち、支持層が物品の
周面の母線に沿って延びている一方の端縁、それも粘着
レッテルの緊縮後に他方の平行な端縁を覆うことになる
端縁の近くに、少なくとも1つの切込み線を有している
のである。
本発明によるとの切込み線は固有剛性、ひいては戻し力
を臨界範囲内で分断することになる。
他面においてこの切込み線は請求項第2項の実施態様に
おいても外部から見えることもない。
特に有利な切込み線の実施態様が請求項第6項から第5
項までに示されている。
実施例 次に図面に示しだ実施例に従って本発明を詳述する: 第1図に示す粘着レッテルは特にシリコンから成る抗接
着性の層4を有するベース2上に設けられている。この
粘着レッテルは、下側に粘着剤層6を有して上側に蒸着
層22を有している支持層8から成っており、蒸着層2
2上に印字10が位置している。この印字1oは、下側
にライニング接着剤層12を有するライニングフィルム
14によって覆われている。
ベース2は1本のテープの形をなしており、このテープ
はレッテルの製造時およびレッテルを物品へ貼付するた
めに引きはがす時矢印Aの方向で移動する。
蒸着層22および支持層8はベース2の移動方向で後方
の端縁30の近くに切込み線32を有している。この切
込み線32は押抜ナイフ34によって形成される。
第2図は、粘着レッテル38を周面に貼付されている乾
電池36を斜視図で示している。縁部範囲40はまだ粘
着されてない状態で示されている。この縁部範囲40の
端縁42の近くには、端縁42に達する分岐線46を有
する直線状の切込み線44が施されている。
縁部範囲40の右側に別の実施例の縁部範囲50が図示
されている。この縁部範囲50は直線状の切込み線44
および分岐線46に並んでその内側に第2の直線状の切
込み線52を有している。
この縁部範囲50の右に示されている別の縁部範囲60
は2本の直線状の切込み線44゜62を有している。
さらに右側に図示されている別の縁部範囲70は蛇行線
をなす切込み線γ2を有している。
第3図は、第1図に示されている各層2,4゜3、 8
. 22を有する複合テープ82をロール体80が引き
出されている状態で示している。
この複合テープ82は上側に2つの印字ローラ84.8
5によって第1図の印字1oに相当する印字を施される
。次いで複合テープ82は押抜ナイフ90を有する押抜
ローラ88の下へ到達し、押抜ナイフ90が第2図に示
すような切込み線44,46を形成する。次いでガイr
ローラ92を介して、ライニング接着剤層12を下側に
有するライニングフィルム14が印字および切込み線を
有している複合テープ上へ接着される。このようにして
得られた複合テープはレッテル押抜ローラ94によって
個個の粘着しる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、物品(20)の周面上で緊縮可能な多層の粘着レッ
    テルであつて、透明な保護層(14)によつて覆われて
    外から見える印字(10)のための支持層(8)を有し
    ており、最も外側の保護層(14)が収縮性のプラスチ
    ックから成る少なくとも軸方向に延伸された透明なライ
    ニングフィルム(14)によつて形成されている形式の
    ものにおいて、少なくとも前記支持層(8)が物品の周
    面の母線に沿つて延びている一方の端縁(30、42)
    、それも粘着レッテル(38)の緊縮後に他方の平行な
    端縁を覆うことになる端縁(30、42)の近くに、少
    なくとも1つの切込み線(32、44、46、52、6
    2、72)を有していることを特徴とする、粘着レッテ
