て、前記流量制御弁に空気圧シリンダーによつて
弁体を往復動作させるピストン調節弁が使用され
るとともに、前記空気圧シリンダーに空気を供給
する一対の空気流路にはそれぞれ開閉切換弁が介
装され、かつ前記ポンプの吐出口から前記流量制
御弁までの流路には該流路内での流れ状態を検出
して該流路内の流量がポンプ定格流量に達した場
合に所定の空気圧信号を出力する発信器が介装さ
れ、該発信器の出力信号を受けてＯＮ−ＯＦＦ動
作する空気圧式リレースイツチによつて前記開閉
切換弁が開閉制御されることを特徴とするポンプ
