と可変ポンプ1との間のメインラインに、ノーマ

圧力とが夫々パイロツト室とバネ室に伝えられ、
絞り弁4の前位に接続された1次ポートlとタン
クに接続された1次ポートmとに2次ポートnが
切換接続される流量制御用圧力弁5aと、パイロ
ツト室が上記絞り弁4の前位に制御される一方、
バネ室が絞り55を介して上記絞り弁4の前位に
接続され、上記流量制御用圧力弁5aの2次ポー
トnに接続された1次ポートmと上記絞り弁4の
前位に接続された1次ポートlとを上記可変ポン
プ1の吐出量制御部13が接続された2次ポート
nに切換接続する圧力制御弁5bとを備え、上記
流量制御用圧力弁5aと圧力制御弁5bとで可変
