【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 射出成形機の型開閉用アクチユエータおよび
樹脂射出用アクチユエータへ通じる圧油供給路へ
圧油を供給する油圧供給装置であつて、可変容量
型ポンプと、該ポンプの吐出口から前記圧油供給
路へ送り出される圧油の流量を流量設定入力信号
に応じて比例制御する比例電磁流量制御弁と、前
記ポンプの吐出口に一端が接続された第1の絞り
要素の他端に接続され前記ポンプの吐出圧力が設
定入力電気信号に応じた設定圧力以上になつたと
きに前記第1の絞り要素を通してポンプ吐出圧油
の一部をタンクラインへ流出させる比例電磁リリ
ーフ弁と、供給圧油流れによつて生じる前記流量
制御弁前後の差圧に応動して前記可変容量型ポン
プの吐出量可変要素へのパイロツト圧油の導入・
排出を制御することにより前記差圧を一定に保つ
ように前記可変容量型ポンプの吐出量を変化させ
る圧力補償弁と、前記第1の絞り要素に圧油流れ
が生じたときにその前後に生じる圧力差によつて
作動して前記吐出量可変要素へポンプ吐出圧油の
一部を導入することにより前記可変容量型ポンプ
の吐出流量を減じる圧力制御弁と、一端に前記流
量制御弁の出口側から前記圧油供給路の圧力を受
けると共に他端にばね力と前記比例電磁リリーフ
弁による設定圧力とを受けて前記圧油供給路の圧
力が前記比例電磁リリーフ弁による設定圧力以上
の予め定められた値を超えて上昇したときにこの
上昇圧力をタンクラインへ逃がすサージカツトオ
フ弁とを備えたものにおいて、 前記流量制御弁の出口側に一端が接続された第
