Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 片面には大気圧を受け測定圧と大気圧との差に
    よつて変位するダイヤフラムを有したゲージ圧計
    測用圧力センサにおいて、前記ダイヤフラムの変
    位を電気信号に変換するための可動部を包むハウ
    ジングと、該ハウジングを含むセンサユニツト全
    体を保護するケースと、ハウジング及びケースと
    の間にあつて空間内で膨張収縮可能な薄肉の防水
    カバーとを有し、前記ハウジング内と前記防水カ
    バーを通気可能な穴で連結したことを特徴とする
    圧力センサ。
