Generally, an elevator threshold device is constructed as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6. The lower end of the suspended door 3 is located at the intersection of the building wall 1 and the landing floor 2, and the sill 4 is arranged so as to be flush with the surface of the landing floor 2 at a position facing the lower end of the door 3. There is. This sill 4 is fixed to a bracket 5 fixed to the building wall 1 with bolts 6, and a guide groove 4A is provided at a position facing the lower end of the door 3, and a guide shoe 3A attached to the lower end of the door 3 is inserted into this groove. To address the above-mentioned problems, various methods have been implemented to form a stainless steel plate by plastic processing to form a sill shape, but considering the plastic processing technology available in the world, the plate thickness is thin, usually 0.8 The range is from rpa to 2rtvn, and it has to be a so-called thin stainless steel plate. Therefore, it is essential to have a structure that prevents local deformation due to excessive concentrated loads, which is a drawback peculiar to thin plates. In addition, in the threshold device, due to a landing error between the elevator board and the landing (not shown), a step is created between the car floor and the landing side sill 4.
A toe protection plate 7 must be attached to the sill 4 in order to protect the passenger's toes when the passenger gets on and off the vehicle, and it is necessary to adopt a structure that takes into account the method of attachment. On this point, the seventh
To explain with reference to FIGS. 10 to 10, the surface stainless steel plate 8
When the wheels of a truck or the like ride on the front flat part 8B of the wheel, the contact area with the sill is small, so a concentrated load acts on the sill surface.
Because local deformation occurs, the front flat part 8B of the sill surface
It is necessary to support it from below, for example,
As shown in Japanese Patent No. 56378, the back member 9 inserted into the front stainless steel plate is bent into a concave shape at the lower surface of the front flat part 8B of the top stainless steel plate 8, and the front member 8 is folded into the lower part at the bent rising part 9A. There are known things that are more supportive. Further, as a method for attaching the toe protection plate 7 to the lower part of the front edge of the sill, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-58

As mentioned above, in the conventional structure, the front stainless steel plate 8 and the back member 9 inserted into the front stainless steel plate 8
And sill mounting material 1 that connects the front and rear edges of the stainless steel surface.
0, each of which has the necessary function to construct the threshold device, but there are many parts, and the insert back member 9 of the front stainless steel plate 8 is extremely difficult to manufacture considering manufacturing tolerances. If it is not precisely formed, it will not match the surface stainless steel plate 8. Furthermore, the sill mounting members 10 that support the front and rear edges of the surface stainless steel plate 8 are arranged at regular intervals, and a mounting hole 10B is drilled approximately in the center for mounting the sill to the building wall. Said sill mounting bracket 5 to match the hole of bracket 5
is fixed to the building wall with anchor bolts, but when attaching the sill mounting material 10 on the back of the sill to the sill, it is necessary to position it at a certain interval and attach it to the sill body.
Even if dedicated positioning staff is used, there is a drawback that it is time-consuming. Also, the front edge bent portion 10A of the sill mounting material 10
Toe protection plate 7 must also be attached to the toe protection plate 7.
If the distance between the mounting holes on the sill and the hole distance between the holes in the sill mounting material 10 do not match, the toe protection plate 7 will not be installed, so similarly,
Including this point, there is a drawback that it takes time and effort to position the sill attachment material.

An embodiment according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. The surface stainless steel plate 11 has a concave groove 11A formed in order to form a guide groove 11A for sliding the guide shoe 3A attached to the lower end of the door 3, and is connected to the concave groove 11A to form a front flat part 11B and its tip. It has a U-shaped bent portion 11C, and has a rear flat portion 11D at the rear of the groove 11A and a U-shaped bent portion 11E at its tip. These plastic workings can be easily performed by passing the material through forming rolls or using a press machine.

As mentioned above, the reinforcing material 12 provided over the entire length on the back surface of the stainless steel plate 11 formed in this way prevents the wheels of the truck from moving on the stainless steel plate 11 when the truck is getting on or off the platform (not shown). When the wheel is located on the front flat part 11B, the contact area of the stainless steel plate 11 of the wheel with the front flat part 11B becomes small, and an excessive concentrated load acts on the wheel. In order to prevent local deformation, a convex bent portion 12A is provided, and since the toe protection plate 7 cannot be attached in one piece, a right-angled bent portion 12B is provided below. Furthermore, a gap G between the upper surface 12C of the convex portion 12A and the lower surface 11F of the front flat portion 11B of the stainless steel 11 inevitably occurs when manufacturing errors are taken into account, but if this gap G is 9 times larger than expected. Since it is useless for preventing local deformation, which is the purpose of Furthermore, due to the presence of this gap G, when the trolley is raised or when a passenger steps on the sill, the front flat portion 11B of the sill deforms, and the upper surface 12C of the convex portion of the back reinforcing member 12 deforms. This can be prevented by filling the gap G with the adhesive or the like, since this contact causes a metallic sound and gives an unpleasant feeling. Also, by making the back reinforcing material 12 the same length as the entire length of the stainless steel plate 11, as in the conventional case,
When the sill mounting plate 10 is attached in pieces at the same intervals as the brackets 5, the effort of positioning is saved, and it is also advantageous in terms of strength. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, the vertical dimension of the convex portion 12A' of the back reinforcing member 12 is increased to positively push up the front flat portion 11B of the stainless steel 11, that is, O between the front flat part 11B and the front edge part 11C
By creating a larger step, the trouble of filling the adhesive etc. can be saved, local deformation of the front flat part 11B can be prevented, and the above-mentioned metal noise when stepping on the trolley or passengers can be reduced. There is no occurrence, which is even more advantageous. Furthermore, the bent portion 12B of the back reinforcing material 12 for attaching the toe protection plate 7 is provided with a step A from the front edge bent portion 11C of the stainless steel plate 11, so that the head of the mounting screw 13 of the toe protection plate 7 is higher than the front edge portion 11C. Determine the dimensions of the step inlet so that it does not trip out. In addition, the nail for mounting to the threshold mounting bracket 5) 12D and the hole 1 for this
Needless to say, screws 13LQ and mounting holes 12F for mounting the toe protection plate 7 are provided.
