Claims (1)
絞り部材と;柱状に形成しかつ両端に受圧素子を設けた
差圧センサと;一面側に導圧口を設け、かつ前記絞り孔
より大きい大きさの貫通孔を設け、さらに前記導圧口と
前記貫通孔とを連通させる導圧孔を設けた二枚の板状押
さえ部材と;を備え、前記絞り部材を前記絞り孔と前記
貫通孔とが同軸になるようにしまた前記差圧センサの前
記受圧素子に前記導圧口を介して前記貫通孔内の圧力が
導かれるようにして前記差圧センサを前記両押さえ部材
で挾んだ状態で、前記絞り部材と前記差圧センサと前記
押さえ部材とを固定手段によって一体的に固定して形成
した差圧式流量測定装置であって、前記両押さえ部材の
一方丙ま前記測定流体の圧力を検出するように圧カセン
サを埋設し、また前記両押さえ部材および前記絞り部材
のうちのいずれか一個の部材には前記測定流体の温度を
検出するように温度センサを埋設し、さらに前記差圧セ
ンサ、前記圧カセンサおよび前記温度センサの各出力信
号を用いて演算を行い前記測定流体の流量に応じた信号
を出力する演算器を設けたことを特徴とする差圧式流量
