Claims (1)
査物と前記基準物間Ｉζ設けられた差圧センサにより両
者間の差圧を検出して、前記被検査物の漏れを検出する
検査装置において、前記圧力源と前記被検査物間に設け
られ、前記被検査物を含む閉管系内の容積を変化させる
容積設定器と、少なくとも前記圧力源からの圧力信号、
前記差圧センサからの差圧信号及び前記容積設定器から
の容積変化信号を入力とし少なくとも前記被検査物の漏
れ量を時間の関数として演算する演算回路と、この演算
回路の演算出力を表示する表示器とを有することを特徴
とする差圧式漏れ検査装置。A constant pressure is applied to the inspected object and the reference object from a pressure source, and a differential pressure sensor installed between the inspected object and the reference object detects the differential pressure between the two, thereby detecting leakage of the inspected object.
