In the winding hook of a conventional knitting machine, the winding hook is rotated to wind the weft thread around the winding hook, and then the winding hook is rotated in the opposite direction to prevent the wound weft thread from coming off the winding hook. Requires weft thread slip-off prevention device. In addition, this device occupies a large space on the boat-shaped side of the knitting machine, reducing the workability of the preparation work. Furthermore, in the conventional knitting method using a winding hook, in which both the weft and warp yarns are wound around a single winding hook, the winding hook is tilted in the final step of one cycle of the knitting process. When removing the weft and warp threads from the winding hook and tightening the threads at the same time, the weft and warp threads are removed from the winding hook at the same time and the threads are not tightened sufficiently.
Rings remain in the formed nodules, creating so-called "chiyochinme", which has the disadvantage of significantly reducing the performance of the net.Furthermore, with conventional hook hooks, it is impossible to knit a net that does not completely shift the mesh. Ta.

In view of the above, this invention is capable of preventing the weft yarn from coming off with the winding hook itself, making it unnecessary to have a device for preventing yarn coming off of the knitting machine, and furthermore, it is possible to securely tighten the weft thread, and it has an advantage of not having loose threads. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for knitting a net that can be knitted using a woven net, and a double winding hook for use in the method.

In order to achieve the above object, the first invention
A double winding hook is used, which has an upper winding hook and a lower winding hook that are rotatably supported concentrically and movable in the axial direction, and each hook portion faces in the same direction and closely overlaps each other. In this method, the weft thread is wound around the hook of the upper hook in a lowered state, and then the upper hook is raised relative to the lower hook, the warp yarn is wound around the hook of the lower hook, and the warp yarn is wound around the hook of the lower hook. By rotating the double hook, the weft is removed from the upper hook, the weft is wound around the warp, the weft is again wound around the hook of the upper hook, and then pulled out with the lower hook into the warp loop. It is configured to pass the weft threads through, tilt the double winding hook, and remove the warp threads from the hook portion of the lower winding hook before the weft threads.

J 2 process After forming the weft thread loop 20b in the same manner as J 1 process in the first embodiment, the upper winding hook 7 and the lower winding hook 1
By rotating the hook around the tilting shaft 26 in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 2 and gradually raising the hook 10, the weft threads 20 are first removed from the hook 4, and the warp threads 21 are removed later with a time difference. At the same time, the nodules are tightened using a tightening device (not shown). The knot structure according to this embodiment is the same as that shown in FIG. 3K. In addition, FIG. 4H shows the weft thread 20,
In order to clarify the winding direction of the warp yarns 21, these two yarns are shown separated from each other, but in reality, these two yarns are held within the gap S in FIG. 2, and the hook portion 10 is not shown in the figure. It has descended from the position , and is in a position overlapping the hook portion 4.

As explained above, according to the knitting net method of the present invention and the double winding hook used in the method, the upper winding hook and the lower winding hook can vertically approach and separate from each other, and the warp yarn When the weft and weft threads are wound separately, when the double winding hook is tilted, the thread hooked on the lower winding hook will come off first. When the two hooks are brought close to each other, and then the double winding hook is tilted and the hooks of both winding hooks are gradually separated, one of the warp and weft threads comes off first, and at this time, the knot tightening device tightens the knot. If you tighten the eyes, the eyes will be tightened reliably and so-called "chiyochin eyes" will not occur. In addition, when the hook is raised after winding the weft thread around the hook of the upper winding hook in the lowered state, the inclination angle of the weft rises, and even if the hook of the upper winding hook rotates in the opposite direction, the weft thread will not move away from the hook. It becomes difficult to come off. In addition, since the weft wound around the hook of the lower winding hook is held in such a way as to be pressed by the hook of the upper winding hook, the usual weft thread slip-off prevention device is not required.
Sufficient space is provided on the boat-shaped side of the knitting machine, and workability is also improved. Furthermore, after the weft thread is once wound around the hook of the upper winding hook, it is removed from the hook and wound around the warp threads. In the subsequent process, the weft thread is wound again around the hook of the upper winding hook, so it is strong and does not loosen. can form large nodules.

[Claims] 1. An upper winding hook and a lower winding hook that are rotatably supported concentrically and movable in the axial direction, and have respective hook portions that face in the same direction and overlap each other in close proximity. This is a knitting method in which a double winding hook is used to knit a net. After the weft yarn is wound around the hook of the upper winding hook in a lowered state, the upper winding hook is raised relative to the lower winding hook, and the warp threads are passed through the lower winding hook. Wrap it around the hook, remove the weft from the upper hook by rotating the double winding hook, wind the weft around the warp, wrap the weft again around the hook of the upper hook, and then attach it to the lower hook. A knitting method characterized in that the weft yarn is passed through the warp loop that has been twisted and pulled out, and the double winding hook is tilted to remove the warp yarn from the hook of the lower winding hook before the weft yarn is removed. 2. A double hook is used, which has an upper hook and a lower hook that are rotatably supported concentrically and movable in the axial direction, and each hook portion faces in the same direction and overlaps closely with the other. A knitting method in which a weft thread and a warp thread are wound around the hook of the lower winding hook,
Once the weft is removed from the hook of the lower winding hook and wound around the warp, the weft is again wound around the hook of the lower winding hook, and with the weft and warp threads being wound around the hook of the lower winding hook, the upper winding hook is wound. Overlap the hook part on the hook part of the lower hook,
After passing the weft thread through the warp loop pulled out by the lower hook, tilt the double winding hook and gradually separate the hook of the upper winding hook from the hook of the lower winding hook, passing one of the weft and warp threads into the other thread. A knitting method characterized in that the net is removed from the hook part of the lower hook first. 3 The upper winding hook and the lower winding hook are rotatably supported around a common predetermined axis, and one of these winding hooks is arranged at a predetermined position in the direction of the axis, and the other winding hook is is formed to be able to reciprocate in the axial direction with a predetermined stroke, and the hook portions of both winding hooks face in the same direction and are configured to be close to each other and overlap each other. Double hook.
