DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a bilayer yarn having an improved worsted appearance. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improvement of a two-layer structured yarn in which wound yarns are wound around a core yarn in a continuous alternating manner. Conventionally, alternately twisted two-phase structured yarns using false twisting have been produced by the method described below. Generally, when two or more types of yarns with different elongations are fed to a supply roller in a lined state and twisted using a false twisting spindle, the yarns with lower elongations are difficult to stretch.
Since the yarn with high elongation, which constitutes the core of the yarn, stretches easily, it is twisted so as to surround the outer layer of the yarn. When this twisted yarn state is heat-set and then untwisted,
A crimped yarn with a two-layer structure is obtained in which the threads with low elongation serve as a core and the threads with high elongation surround the core in an alternately twisted manner. (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-72443,
49-47644) On the other hand, as another method for producing the two-layer structure yarn having the above-mentioned form, twisting (false twisting) on a false twisting spindle is known.
It is also well known to use the rotating torque of the core yarn in a state to overfeed the winding yarn and wind it. (For example, see Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-28018.) In the double-layered yarns obtained by these methods, the twisted yarn is generally wound around the core yarn in an alternately twisted manner, so that the twisting effect is It is said to have a span-like texture.
In each twisted yarn area (S or Z winding section), there are usually at least three twists, and this produces the above-mentioned twisting effect. By the way, false twist crimp with such a yarn structure has the advantage of improving the sliminess and fluffiness that are the drawbacks of ordinary woolly processed yarn fabrics due to its twisted yarn structure, but on the other hand, Because the wound yarn is wound in a tight bundle, the twisted yarn structure produces a rather hard texture and low bulk.
The texture was insufficient as a span-like texture. In addition, in this type of processed yarn, when the yarn is squeezed by a yarn guide etc. during the false twisting process or the weaving process, the wrapped yarn slips between the core yarn and neps occur, causing the yarn to become loose during the process. There were problems of increased breakage and deterioration of fabric quality. The inventors of the present invention have previously improved the drawbacks of the conventional alternately twisted two-layer structured yarn as described above, and have created a yarn that has an appropriate twist texture and bulge, and that allows the winding yarn to slip under external force such as squeezing. We proposed a permanently stabilized double-layered yarn that does not have the concern of causing such problems.
(Patent Application No. 54-5519) In this yarn, some of the filaments that make up the wound yarn are randomly mixed with the filaments in the core.
Although they intertwine, the wound yarn as a whole is wound around the core yarn in a continuous alternating manner. The characteristic of this yarn is that the winding effect is reduced compared to complete twisting (winding), but on the other hand, it is possible to obtain extremely short pitches, that is, a state in which the winding yarns alternately intersect with the yarn axis in opposite directions. As the yarn is twisted, an appropriate twisting effect is maintained, and the winding condition is looser than when it is completely wound.
In addition, since the wound yarn as a whole is reversed, a worsted-like texture (fullness and soft touch) also appears. However, when the above-mentioned yarn is made into a woven fabric, it has been found that there is a glittering phenomenon on the surface of the woven fabric, which is characteristic of so-called false-twisted yarns, and that the appearance is still not as good as that of a worsted woven fabric. The present inventors pursued the cause of the above phenomenon, and made the winding twist direction of the alternately twisted two-layer structure into a continuous alternating reversal shape, and the surface of the single fiber constituting the winding yarn was aligned along the fiber axis. It has been discovered that when separated by ridge lines, the combined effect of subtle light scattering phenomena of both single fibers and thread aggregate structures can significantly reduce the glittering phenomenon, resulting in the glittering of worsted fabrics, and have developed the present invention. Reached. Thus, according to the present invention, in a double-layered yarn in which one of at least two types of filament yarn is used as a core yarn and the other filament yarn is wound around it, which has been subjected to a false twist crimp process, Although some of the filaments constituting the attached yarn are randomly mixed and intertwined with the filaments of the core, the wound yarn as a whole is wound around the core yarn in a substantially continuous alternating manner, and at least A two-layered yarn having an improved worsted-like appearance is provided, in which the single fibers constituting the wound yarn have a cross-section of pentagonal or 5th power or more. Furthermore, to discuss this, Figure 1 shows the
This is a model diagram of the yarn structure proposed in No. 54-5519, and the surface of the single fibers constituting the wound yarn is not divided by ridge lines as shown in Figure 2. On the other hand,
The single fiber surface shown in FIG. 3 is an example of the yarn structure of the present invention, and is divided by two ridge lines. When each of these processed yarns was made into a woven fabric, the grittling of the former was grade 3, which was comparable to general processed yarn, and the latter was grade 5, which was like a worsted yarn. An embodiment for obtaining a double-layered yarn according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. The yarn is then supplied to an air jet nozzle 9 for interweaving and interlacing, where it is turned into an interlaced yarn having 30 M or more of interlacing points. Next, this intertwined yarn is supplied to a drawing false twisting zone by a first delivery roller 10, passes through a heater 11 and a false twisting tool 12, is taken off by a second delivery roller 13, and then wound up as a cheese 14. Here, to reduce grittling,
It is necessary for the fibers to have ridges on the exposed part of the fabric surface (within an angle of 180° of the yarn cross section). Therefore, the fibers used for the winding yarn must have a pentagonal or polygonal shape of more than 5 lobes. requires multi-lobed cross-section yarn. In the combination of two or more types of filaments in the present invention, the yarn with lower elongation is a yarn that can be false-twisted at least under the underfeed, and the yarn with higher elongation is further Use yarn that can be stretched by more than 100%. Most preferably, the yarn with lower elongation is a partially oriented filament yarn with an elongation of 10% or more and a draw ratio of 1.4 times or more can be adopted, and the yarn with higher elongation is a partially oriented filament yarn with an elongation of over 50%. A combination with drawn yarn is used. Furthermore, in the present invention, the term "filament yarn" refers primarily to polyethylene terephthalate, but it may also be one copolymerized with a third component in a proportion of 15 mol% or less. Further, the polyester may contain additives such as a quenching agent, a coloring agent, and a flame retardant. Further, although the filament yarn cross-sectional shape, the content of a decolorizing agent, the presence or absence of a coloring agent, etc. of the undrawn yarn and the partially oriented yarn may be the same, at least any of these may be made different. It is most preferable that the alternating twist structure consists of completely inverted alternating twists;
Even if yarns of less than 1.2 cm are present in up to 20% of the total yarn length, the appearance of the fabric is maintained at a sufficiently high level of grittling quality for practical purposes. Furthermore, even if there are 2 to 3 defective winding parts per m of length of about 3 cm, the gritting quality is maintained at a high level. As described above, according to the present invention, an improved alternately twisted two-layer structured yarn can be obtained that can provide a worsted-like fabric having appropriate winding texture, fullness, flexibility, and grittiness comparable to worsted yarn. . Example: Elongation obtained by spinning at a speed of 3200 m/mm
115% polynystil filament yarn (113de/
24fils) and a cross-sectional shape with an elongation of 345% obtained by spinning at a speed of 1360m/mm, round, three-lobed to eight-lobed polyester filament yarns (225de/48fils) are aligned and entangled in the process shown in Figure 4. Treatment, stretching and false twisting and crimping were performed. Using an interlace nozzle, 60 entanglements/m were created at an overfeed rate of 2.5% and a compressed air pressure of 4 Kg/ cm2 , followed by a stretching ratio of 1.56 times and a heater temperature.
130℃, surface speed of friction false twisting device 700m/mm, 2nd
Stretching and false twisting were carried out under the conditions of a delivery roller speed of 350 m/mm and a K value (untwisting tension/twisting tension) of 0.75. The processed yarn thus obtained had a two-layer structure with alternating reverse winding, as shown in the model diagram of FIG. In addition, even when this processed yarn was strained, no neps occurred, and there were no weaving problems, and the resulting fabric had a moderate twist texture and a fluffy, soft texture, and was a high-quality spun-like fabric. , the glittering was as follows. 【table】
