(Prior Art) Conventionally, it is known that a multifilament yarn is subjected to an intermittent false twisting operation to produce a yarn having S twisted portions and Z twisted portions alternately in the longitudinal direction of the yarn. The resulting yarn has the disadvantage that the change in appearance is monotonous.

In recent years, with the diversification of consumer preferences, attempts have been made to produce a processed yarn that can obtain a fabric with a changing appearance and a soft feel of volume by combining intermittent false twisting operations and other processes. It has been done.

For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 61-266629 discloses a method in which a yarn is intermittently false-twisted and then subjected to fluid treatment while oversupplying. However, in this method,
Since the multifilament yarn is subjected to fluid treatment in an oversupply state, it becomes a large yarn of an overroll loop. When the surfaces of the fabric using the processed yarn are overlapped,
There is a disadvantage that a so-called fastener phenomenon occurs in which the overroll loop becomes entangled and hardly peels off. Also, this fabric had a hard, unique so-called Hershey feel, which is characteristic of raw yarn, and was far from a soft, voluminous feel.

On the other hand, Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 58-149338 proposes a method of performing an intermittent false twisting operation on a multifilament yarn subjected to false twisting. However, the textured yarn obtained by this method has greatly reduced unevenness in the thickness of the yarn and has improved uniformity in the longitudinal direction of the yarn. It was monotonous and lacked natural spun yarn-like unevenness and natural appearance change.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, according to the present invention, after giving false-twisted crimp to a thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament yarn, intermittent false-twisting operation is performed to make S-twist in the longitudinal direction of the yarn. And a twisted bundle and a non-twisted portion, which are bundled by Z twisting, are alternately formed, and then the yarn is subjected to entanglement treatment with a fluid to generate a large number of loops, entanglements or slack in the yarn. The gist of the present invention is to provide a method for producing bulky fancy sea yarns, which has a bulkiness of 200% or more in bulkiness.

以下,本発明を詳細に説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

First, in the present invention, crimping is performed by performing false twist crimping on a thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament yarn.
Here, false twist crimping is applied to the filament by synergistic action with the alternate twisting formed by the subsequent intermittent false twisting operation to form a spiral crimped form on the yarn,
This is in order to obtain a yarn which gives a fabric with a sense of volumum.

To achieve the above objective, the number of false twists (T / M) (D is the denier of the multifilament yarn). The false twist temperature is preferably set to 160 to 240 ° C., and the overfeed rate is preferably set to give a twisting tension of 0.05 to 0.30 g / d. In addition, as a method for applying false twist crimping, a spindle method, a friction method, a swirling air method, or the like is used.

When intermittent false twisting is applied to the false twisted crimped yarn, crimping by false twisting (coiled crimp with the same number of coils in the S and Z directions) and S twisting by intermittent false twisting, Z twisted crimps are added and combined to form a loose spiral crimped twisted bundle. For example, when false twist crimping is performed in the S direction and subsequently the intermittent false twist operation is performed in the S direction (same direction), twisted twists are converged at the S twisted portion in the same direction (not yet twisted). Untwisting remains), resulting in a relatively small spiral crimped form.

On the other hand, when the twisting directions of the false twisting and the intermittent false twisting operations are reversed, the crimping torques of the two cancel each other out, and a stable alternately twisted crimped yarn without torque can be obtained.

The intermittent false twisting operation may be performed continuously by alternately changing the twisting direction to S twisting-Z twisting, or by intermittently combining S twisting, Z twisting, and stopping. May be performed. In either case, the principle of applying twist to the yarn is the same, and sufficient twist can be left.

Here, the intermittent false twisting operation using the air false twist nozzle will be described. The false twisted crimped yarn is passed through an air false twist nozzle, and the fluid is intermittently supplied to the air false twist nozzle. And S / Z alternate twist using the same.
In this case, an untwisted portion is formed when the fluid stops, while
An overtwisting portion is formed when the fluid is supplied. Then, a non-twisted portion is formed between the untwisted portion and the overtwisted portion and between the overtwisted portion and the untwisted portion. A heating device can be installed upstream of this intermittent false twisting device to perform intermittent false twisting operations while performing heat treatment. In this case, in addition to the twisting effect, crimping by twisting, heat setting, and untwisting is performed. An effect can be added.

Normally, when a multifilament yarn is subjected to a fluid entanglement treatment in a supercharged state, it becomes a large yarn of an overroll loop,
When the fabric surfaces are overlapped with each other, the overroll loop becomes entangled and hardly peels off. However, as described above, the bulky franc yarn obtained according to the present invention has the fact that the filament has a crimp, and that the S twist and the Z twist
By being twisted and converging, and exhibiting a gentle spiral shape, the fastener phenomenon can be greatly reduced.
Furthermore, since the twist density changes in the longitudinal direction, when an injection fluid is applied, an over-rolled loop with inverted crimps whose degree of untwisting or opening varies greatly depending on the length of the twist pitch is formed. In addition, the untwisted portion is not bundled, so that it becomes a thick portion having a large overroll loop. By knitting and weaving using this fancy sea yarn, substantial thickness and elasticity are added to the fabric, and a soft volume is obtained. It is possible to obtain a fabric rich in unevenness change with a feeling.

(Operation) In the present invention, first, the multifilament is subjected to false twist crimping. On top of the S and Z crimps in which the same number of coils in the S and Z directions are mixed by false twist, additional crimping action by intermittent false twisting is applied, and the crimps are coiled in the twist direction. An S twist bundle and a Z twist bundle having a helical crimp are formed, and between the S and Z twist bundles, a bulky untwisted portion which is not subjected to the twist bundling action is formed.

When the above-mentioned crimped yarn is subjected to a fluid entanglement treatment, the S and Z twist bundles, in which the number of twists has changed in the longitudinal direction of the yarn, are
A part of the S, Z alternating twist is untwisted, so that the filament is subjected to the spreading entanglement action to form an inverted overroll loop with crimps having different sizes of loops and sags. Further, a thick portion having a large crimped overroll loop is formed in the non-twisted portion which is not subjected to the twist converging action. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a bulky fan sea yarn having a thread form which is different in the form of loops in the longitudinal direction of the thread, and which is rich in unevenness and is structurally stable. It is possible to provide a franc effect and a soft sense of volume without causing a phenomenon.
