When a spun yarn containing a thermoplastic fiber (hereinafter referred to as a spun yarn) and a thermoplastic multifilament yarn (hereinafter referred to as a long fiber yarn) are combined, a characteristic which cannot be obtained by a single yarn is added. It is well known that this is possible, and in view of this situation, many methods for producing a composite yarn in which spun yarn and long fiber yarn are mixed have been proposed. In addition, as the mixing method, various methods such as ply twisting, false twisting, and fluid treatment are adopted.

The applicant of the present invention has previously proposed, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 173133/1985, a method for producing a composite yarn in which a spun yarn and a long fiber yarn are fluid-processed and mixed and entangled. The composite yarn obtained by this method can have the material characteristics of both yarns due to its mixed fiber effect, and the yarn form is such that the spun yarn and the long fiber yarn are entangled with each other, and the spun yarn is It has a joint part in which long fiber yarns are arranged in parallel.

However, in this entangled portion, it is difficult for the filaments of the long fiber yarn to bite into the inside of the yarn of the spun yarn that has been twisted and bundled, and an unstable entangled state is likely to occur.
Further, at the joint, it is almost in a state of being aligned in parallel and there is no substantial entanglement. Therefore, when such a yarn-shaped composite yarn is used, the entanglement is unraveled by the tension, ironing, etc. received in the higher-order processing, the two yarns are separated, and the yarn breakage is likely to occur, which hinders the weaving and weaving. However, this composite yarn was not practical because it had problems such as not only the deterioration of the product but also the deterioration of the product quality.

On the other hand, in the method in which spun yarn and long fiber yarn are combined and twisted into a mixed fiber composite yarn, handleability at the time of post-processing is good, and a yarn having the characteristics of both yarns is obtained. This method is widely used. However, with the ply-twist focusing, the span characteristics such as bulkiness and softness were halved, and the plait peculiar to ply-twisted yarns spoiled the product image, making it unsuitable for pouch products.

Further, Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 55-26213 describes a method in which spun yarn and long fiber yarn are aligned and false twisted to form a mixed fiber composite yarn. In this method, a crimped yarn gives a processed yarn with high elasticity and bulkiness. However, since this method mixes spun yarn and long fiber yarn by the twisting and untwisting actions of false twisting, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient mixing effect, and the mixed fiber form It is not suitable for heather products.

Means for Solving the Problems As a result of intensive studies for solving the above problems, the present inventors have found that when a spun yarn and a long fiber yarn are subjected to fluid treatment By twisting both yarns in the untwisting direction and performing false twisting in the direction opposite to the twisting direction of this twisted yarn, the yarn is made stretchable and bulky, and the spun yarn is opened. The present inventors have reached the present invention by discovering that the fineness is improved, the mixed fiber entanglement with the long fiber yarn is further improved, and that a spun composite bulky yarn having a good combability, which cannot be obtained by a simple plied yarn, can be obtained.

According to the present invention, a spun composite bulky yarn is obtained by twisting a spun yarn and a long fiber yarn, subjecting them to false twist crimping, and subsequently subjecting them to fluid disturbance treatment. That is, when the spun yarn and the long fiber yarn are simply combined and subjected to fluid treatment as in the conventional case, it is difficult to mix the long fiber filament in the twisted and bundled spun yarn. The whole spun yarn is sandwiched, or the filaments of the spun yarn are entangled with long fiber filaments to be mixed and entangled. Therefore, such a mixed filament yarn is insufficient in entanglement, and the mixed filament form tends to result in a coarse heather.

In the present invention, the long fiber yarn is a mixed fiber entangled yarn in an entangled form in which the short fibers inside the yarn of the spun yarn are strongly entangled. Therefore, it is necessary to untwist the spun yarn that has been twisted and bundled to improve the openability during fluid perturbation. However, if the spun yarn is simply untwisted, not only will the strength of the spun yarn be reduced, but also short fibers will drop out or fall out. In the present invention, since the spun yarn and the continuous fiber yarn are twisted together, the untwisting of the spun yarn and the dropout or dropout caused by the untwisting action can be eliminated. Then, the twisting direction for this twisting is opposite to the twisting direction of the spun yarn, and the number of twisting is
It must be within the range that satisfies the above formula.

If the number of twists of the spun yarn and the long fiber yarn is less than 0.1 t, the untwisting effect of the spun yarn is poor, and the fiber opening effect at the time of fluid disturbing treatment cannot be expected, which is not preferable. Further, when the number of plied twists exceeds t, the plied twist is excessively added to the long fiber yarn itself, and the fiber-spreading action of the long fiber yarn itself is remarkably reduced during the fluid disturbance process, which impairs the mixed fiber entanglement property. Not preferable.

When the spun yarn and the continuous fiber yarn are twisted together with the number of twists in the above range, the actual twist of the spun yarn itself is released, and the short fibers constituting the spun yarn are aligned in parallel. It becomes possible to further improve the fiber-opening effect at the time of the fluid disturbance process later. If the short fibers come close to the parallel state, they may cause dropout or dropout during the fluid disturbance process, but the long fiber thread acts to suppress it, that is, it acts as a holding thread for the spun yarn, causing dropout or dropout. To be prevented.

The spun yarn used in the present invention is preferably a single yarn, but may be a double yarn. In the case of using twin yarns, if the double yarn twist (upward twist) is twisted in the opposite direction to the long fiber yarn, the twin yarn twist of the spun yarn will be released, and the effect of mixing fibers during fluid disturbing treatment will be enhanced. Is possible.

When the spun yarn and the long fiber yarn are twisted together as described above, the actual twist of the spun yarn can be released and the opening of the spun yarn can be promoted. Twisting may be added, which may interfere with the opening action of the long fiber yarn itself. Therefore, it is desirable to use the fine fiber yarn as long as possible so that the long-fiber yarn has a twist angle in a range that does not prevent the opening operation even when the twisted twist is added. In addition, long-fiber yarn is untwisted
A yarn having a twist of the T / M level is preferably used, and in the case of having the yarn twist, a yarn having a twist in the same direction as the twist of the spun yarn is preferable.

Next, in the present invention, a false twist crimping process is applied to the composite yarn of the spun yarn and the long fiber yarn obtained above to impart stretchability and bulkiness to the yarn. As described above, in the present invention, since false twist crimping processing is applied to the plied yarn, the multifilament yarn made of thermoplastic fiber is used as the long fiber yarn constituting the plied yarn.
Further, it is necessary to use a spun yarn containing at least a thermoplastic fiber.

In the above false twist crimping process, it is necessary to perform twisting in the direction opposite to the twisting direction of the plied yarn, and as compared with the case of twisting in the same direction as the twisted direction of the plied yarn,
A composite false twisted yarn having greater stretchability and bulkiness can be obtained. That is, when the false twist direction is opposite to the twist direction of the false twisted yarn, overtwisting is performed by the amount obtained by subtracting the false twist number from the false twist number in the twisting zone, and heat fixing is performed. When the number of twists is untwisted and the number of twists is restored to the state of the number of twists, the coil diameter increases significantly, and it becomes extremely stretchable and bulky. Further, the false twisted crimped double twisted yarn has an effect of accelerating the opening action at the time of the fluid perturbation treatment in the subsequent step because voids are formed between the constituent fibers by the crimping action.
The processing conditions such as the number of false twists and the heater temperature during false twist crimping may be appropriately selected in consideration of the fineness of the plied yarn, material characteristics, and the like.

The spun composite bulky yarn obtained by the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, has a coil-shaped waveform as a whole yarn,
The spun yarn A and the long fiber yarn B are twisted together, and the filament of the long fiber yarn bites into the spun yarn and is strongly entangled with the short fibers. Mixed fiber entangled portions (b) and the like sandwiched between filaments are randomly mixed and formed. Due to such a yarn form, the yarn as a whole has strong entanglement, excellent twist focusing, and excellent post-workability. Also,
Since the filaments of the long fiber yarn are irregularly mixed with the spun yarn and the yarn form in which the spun yarn and the long fiber yarn are twisted and mixed, the spun yarn A and the long fiber yarn having different dyeability are obtained. If B is selected, a spun composite high-loft yarn which is a heap-shaped fabric with good heatheriness and good elegance can be obtained.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a spun yarn and a filament yarn which are twisted and bundled are twisted in a predetermined number of twists and a predetermined twisting direction, and then false twist crimping is performed, and then a fluid disturbing treatment is performed. Due to the crimping action imparted by the false twist crimping process, voids are formed between the fibers, and the spun yarn is untwisted, and the fluid disturbing treatment is applied. Therefore, during fluid disturbing treatment, The openness of the spun yarn is enhanced, the mixed fiber entanglement is further improved, and a spun composite bulky yarn excellent in high-order processability can be obtained. In addition, it is possible to obtain a spun composite bulky yarn which can effectively have the material characteristics of spun yarn and long fiber yarn, has excellent bulkiness, and is suitable for heathered products and has good weftability.
