Claims (1)
の真空発生器と、これらの真空発生器に結合され
ると共に前記の夫々の真空発生器に共通する少な
くとも流体供給ポート、流体排出ポートを一体的
に有したマニホールドとからなることを特徴とす
るエゼクタ装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置
において、真空発生器はマニホールドの外側に結
合されるよう構成してなるエゼクタ装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
項記載の装置において、マニホールド真空発生器
に対応して複数個のブロツク体に分割形成されて
なるエゼクタ装置。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載の装置
において、各ブロツク体には一個の真空発生器に
対して個別に使用される流体供給ポートおよび流
体排出ポートを形成してなるエゼクタ装置。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載の装置
において、各ブロツク体には多面に亘つて複数個
