を上記シリンダ左室用通路およびシリンダ右室用
通路にそれぞれ連通させる複数個の排気電磁弁と
を介装して一体化した電磁弁集合体を構成し、こ
の電磁弁集合体にエアシリンダの左右室へのエア
配管の接続口と給気口および排気口を各1個設け
