Claims (1)
ンと前記ピストンロッドを貫通させメインピストンの両
側に配置させたフリーピストンとを内蔵し、シリンダ内
に出入するスプールおよび゛ その両端側にスプー
ル作動流体給排ポートに連通された流体圧室を設けると
ともにスプール突出作動側流体圧室に前記メインピスト
ン両側の主圧力室と接続する連絡路を形成したバルブ手
段をシリンダに取付けし、かつこのバルブ手段には前記
フリーピストンの背圧室への一対の接続通路と前記スプ
ールの動作により選択的に切換え連通される一対の推力
発生作動流体給排ポートが設けられていることを特徴と
する流体圧アクチュエータ。The cylinder has a main piston with a piston rod fixed to it, and a free piston that passes through the piston rod and is placed on both sides of the main piston.
