Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the introduction of air in the rear portion and ventilation without providing separately a spoiler by forming integrally the spoiler portion in the lower side portion of a wind weather strip in the rear portion of a car body, and providing a ventilating hole which passes from the rear face in the lower side portion to the side face of the car room. CONSTITUTION:An air current flowing along the face of a wind panel 4 in running reaches to a spoiler portion 10 in the lower side portion of a weather strip 3 and it is deflected upwardly by the spoiler portion 10, and thus a downward pressing force acts on the rear portion of a car body to increase the force in rear wheels for contacting with the ground, and it is possible to increase the stability of running. On the other hand, negative pressure is generated in the neighbourhood of the rear face in the weather strip 3 in running, and thus the inside air of a car room is drawn in and off through a ventilating hole 11 to enable the ventilation within the car room to positively carry out. Further, since the inside opening in the car room for the ventilating hole 11 is set directly below the lower side portion of the inner face in the window panel 4, it is possible for the air of the car room to sufficiently go around to the lower side portion of the window panel 4 and to effectively clear the blur of the window panel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a rear air guide system for automobiles.Among the conventional automobiles, a vehicle VIXLVCT which leans forward greatly and is equipped with a FT back door and a rear window glass. It is known that a rear spoiler is attached to the lower edge of the back door frame or the lower edge of the trunk lid to improve running stability at high speeds. To explain from the automobile side, 1 is the back door, and the opening periphery 7 of the door frame 2
The lunge 2clC is used to attach and hold the wind panel 4ffiiFc through the window weather strip 3.A rear spoiler 5t made of, for example, Tbw resin is attached to the lower edge of the back door frame 2, and the wind panel 4
This is to guide the airflow upward along the surface, increase the ground contact force of the rear wheels, and improve running stability. In addition, this rear boiler 5 has ventilation that penetrates from the rear surface to the mounting surface. In addition to forming a hole 6, a ventilation hole 7.8 is formed in a portion of the back door frame outer 2a that matches the ventilation hole 6 and a portion of the back door frame inner 2bK that coincides with the ventilation hole 6, thereby preventing the negative impact generated near the rear surface of the rear spoiler 5 during driving. The air inside the vehicle is drawn out through the ventilation holes 8, 7.6 by pressure to effect ventilation. This similar structure is shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-48504.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Rear spoiler 5't- Since it is installed as a separate part, cost increases are inevitable, and due to molding errors, the ventilation holes 6 of the rear spoiler 5 and the ventilation holes 7 of the back door frame outer 2a are In addition, the internal air outlet (here, the ventilation hole 8 provided in the back door frame inner 2b) is set at a position far from the wind panel 4. Since it has been
1 The indoor air did not circulate sufficiently to the lower side glX of the inner surface of the wind panel 4, and the lower side of the wind panel 4 tended to be cloudy.

Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to carry out rear air guidance without using a separate glue boiler, and also to effectively utilize the negative pressure generated at the rear of this air guide part to effectively ventilate the vehicle interior. This provides an automatic I rear airflow system that can be used.

At the bottom of the window weather strip that holds the first item,
A spoiler part that directs the air flow flowing along the wind panel surface upward is integrally molded, and a ventilation hole is formed that penetrates from the rear surface of the lower part of the weather stock 1 to the side surface on the passenger compartment side. At the same time, the airflow flowing along the wind panel surface is deflected upward by the spoiler section at the bottom of the weatherstrip to increase the ground contact force of the rear wheels, and the negative pressure generated near the rear of the spoiler section is used to direct airflow through the ventilation holes into the vehicle interior. Ventilation is provided.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail by taking an example of an automatic IT system equipped with a back door, and assigning the same reference numerals to the same parts as the conventional configuration. As shown in the figure, the airflow flowing along the surface of the wind panel 4 is directed upward to the lower side of the window weather strip 3 which is attached to the opening peripheral flange 2C of the back door frame 2 and which fits and holds the wind panel 4. A spoiler portion 10 is integrally molded to direct the vehicle. In addition, a ventilation hole 11 is formed in the lower side of the window weather strip 3, extending from the rear surface to the side surface on the side of the vehicle interior, for example, meandering in the vertical direction. Near the edge of the
The drain hole 12 penetrating the lower surface of the strip 3 is fully formed. On the other hand, the drain hole 12 of the back door frame outer 2a is fully formed.
A communication hole 13 is formed in a portion corresponding to the ventilation hole 11, and when the car is washed, blood enters from the outside opening of the ventilation hole 11 and deflects blood into the deflection portion 11a.
Drainage hole 12. The water is allowed to flow down into the back door frame 2 through the communication hole 13 and drained out of the vehicle through the drain hole 14 formed at the lower edge of the back door frame inner 2b. The T-door weather strip is shown attached to the peripheral edge 7 flange 16.

According to the above embodiment structure, the wind panel 4
The airflow flowing along the surface reaches the spoiler section 10 at the lower side of the weather strip 3 and is deflected upward by the spoiler section 10. As a result, a downward pressing force acts on the rear of the vehicle body, increasing the ground contact force of the rear wheels and improving running stability. 1. Apart from its function as a rear spoiler, negative pressure is generated near the rear surface of the Quasar Strig 3 while driving, and this generated negative pressure draws air into the cabin through the ventilation holes 11. The vehicle interior can be actively ventilated. Further, since the opening on the inside of the ventilation hole 11 is set just below the lower side of the inner surface of the wind panel 4, the interior of the vehicle can be sufficiently circulated to the lower side of the wind panel 4, and clouds can be completely cleared away effectively.

Since the ventilation hole 11 mentioned above is meandering in the vertical direction, even if water directly hits the ventilation hole 11 during car washing, the water that flows into the ventilation hole 11 is blocked by the deflection part 11 &, and flows further toward the Imperial Household. can prevent intrusion. The water dammed up by the deflection section 11 & is drained through the drain hole 12. The VC flows into the door frame z through the communication hole 13 and is discharged through the drain hole 14 at the lower edge of the inner back door frame 2b.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, rear air can be guided by the spoiler section at the lower side of the window weather strip without using a separate gauze boiler, which greatly contributes to cost reduction. In addition, since the ventilation holes are provided through the lower part of the weather stock 1 inside and outside the vehicle, air inside the room can be guided to the lower part of the wind panel to effectively clear clouds. The set opening area can be maintained, and therefore, the opening area is narrowed due to molding errors in the ventilation holes provided between the rear spoiler and the panel to which the spoiler is attached, which is the case with conventional systems, which reduces ventilation efficiency. It has a great practical effect of being able to sufficiently ventilate the room.
