た。 In conventional simulators of this type, emphasis is placed on how to correctly represent (simulate) the response of the process in response to the actual operations performed by trainees, and the operating procedures themselves are based on the use of the simulator. The simulator was used only as a means to get a feel for the experience, with the premise that the subject had to be learned through lectures prior to the actual training. The instructor was left with the responsibility of monitoring and determining whether the trainee's operation procedure was correct, whether the amount of operation was appropriate, the timing of the operation, etc. Therefore, due to individual differences among instructors and differences in their focus at the time, different teaching methods are used in the same situation, which often confuses novice trainees, making it difficult to acquire skills in a short period of time. It was hot. Furthermore, when the scope of the instructor's monitoring was wide, there was a high possibility that oversight would occur.

It was done for that purpose.

Then, the operation signal H from the operation device 6, the process state signal P from the process device or process simulation unit 7, and the process control state signal S from the various process control devices 8 are selected and compared as appropriate. If there is an operation outside the range of the operation permissible range determination criteria, erroneous operation information E regarding the content of the operation is sent to the display 4 for display, and also sent to the operation instruction section 2. In this case, the operation error information E may be sent via the operation instruction section 2 instead of directly from the operation monitoring section 3 to the display 4.

とを特徴とする運転操作訓練用シミユレータ。1. An information file regarding operating procedures prepared in advance, and an operation instruction unit that extracts instruction information regarding the next operation to be performed from this information file and sends an instruction signal to the display and the operation monitoring unit;
Based on the instruction signal from the operation instruction section, each signal is output: operation signals from various operation devices, status signals representing the status of the process equipment or process simulation unit, and status signals representing the status of various process control equipment. If an operation signal outside the allowable range of the instruction signal is detected during monitoring, information regarding the operation signal is transmitted to the display or the operation instruction section, and it is indicated that the corresponding operation has been completed within the allowable range of the instruction signal. If detected, the operation monitoring unit transmits a completion report signal of the corresponding operation to the operation instruction unit, and after a predetermined time, transmits a request signal for transmitting the next operation instruction signal to the operation instruction unit. 1. A simulator for driving operation training, comprising: a display unit for displaying each of the above-mentioned displays; and a time signal transmitter for managing the timing of operation monitoring.
