    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検液に接触する液絡部と、この液絡部に連なる内部液
    収納空間と、前記被検液に連通ずる圧力補償用空間とを
    有する高圧用比較電極において、前記内部液収納空間と
    圧力補償用空間との間に可撓性のベローズを介在させて
    圧力補償を行なうように構成したことを特徴とする高圧
    用比較電極。
