Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 窯入・窯出ゾーンと移載ゾーンとの間にトンネル状
    の乾燥用炉体２１と焼成用炉体１１とよ、りなる上下２
    段式の焼成炉１を設置し−て該乾燥用炉体２１には窯入
    ・窯出ゾーンから移載ゾーンに向け未乾燥の印刷基板を
    移送する搬送路２５を設けるとともに焼成用炉体１１に
    は移載ゾーンから窯入・窯出ゾーンに向けて乾燥済の印
    刷基板を移送する搬送路１５を設けたことを特徴とする
    印刷基板の焼成装置。 ２ 乾燥用炉体２１が焼成用炉体１１より短くて乾燥用
    炉体２１−の出口が焼成用炉体１１の中間に位置し、該
    乾燥用炉体２１の搬送路２５はそ、の終端側が冷却用部
    として炉外に露呈されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記栽の印刷基板の焼成装置。 ３ 乾燥用炉体２１は板状の遠赤外線輻射ヒータ２２を
    加熱源とし、焼成用炉体１１は筒状９赤− 外線輻射ヒ
    ータ１２を加熱源としたものである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項または猜２項記載の印刷基板の焼成装置。
