Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔本発明の産業分野〕 本発明は、汗汚れの洗浄力評価が必要な衣料およびクリ
ーナー製品全般に応用できる布の汗汚れに対する洗浄力
の評価方法に関する。
〔従来■洗浄力評価手段及びその欠点〕従来の衣服の洗
浄力の評価方法は、衣服の表面に光を当て光の反射率よ
シ衣服の洗浄力を評価する光反射法が用いられている。
この方法では着色性の汚れ、例えば泥、インク汚れ等の
溝浄力の評価には適するが汗、油等の光反射法で測定で
きない物質の汚れの洗浄力を評価するには適していない
。
〔本発明の目的〕
そこで、本発明は、光反射法で評価できない汗汚れや油
汚れなどの洗浄力を評価する方法を提供することを目的
とする。
〔本発明の構成〕
そして、本発明は、上記目的を達成する手段として、Ｍ
Ｃ２なる汗を模擬した汚れを使用する点にある。すなわ
ち、本発明は、布にＭＣｔ　（ただしＭはＬｉ、　Ｎａ
、またはＫである。）なる汗を模擬した汚れを浸透させ
、洗浄後布中のＭＣ１を純水で抽出し、Ｍを定量するこ
とを特徴とする布の汗汚れに対する洗浄力の評価方法で
ある。
人体から生ずる汗の主成分は食塩（ＮａＣｔ）　　であ
る。本発明は、この汗汚れを模擬するだめにＭｃｔ　（
１（＝Ｉ、ｌ、　Ｈａ、　Ｋ）なる物質をＮａＣｊ　の
代替物質とする。この物質を水に溶かして汚すべき布に
浸漬する。浸漬後布を取り出し乾燥し洗浄する。洗浄後
布を取シ出し、純水に浸漬し、洗浄後布く残留してい九
ＭＣｔを抽出し、原子吸光法等にてＭを定量する。Ｍは
洗浄時に使用する洗剤の種類によって変える。例えばＨ
ａ　　石けんの場合は、ＭはＬＬ　　またはＫを用いる
。洗浄力の評価は洗浄していない汚染布中のＭｕより次
式で与えられる。
以下、８１図に基づいて本発明の詳細な説明する。第１
図は本発明の洗浄力評価方法のフローシートである。こ
の図に示すように、ＭＣｌ（Ｍ　＝　Ｌｌ、　Ｈａ、　
Ｋ　）水溶液に布を浸漬し、布にＭＣ２を浸透させる。
布を乾燥し、半分の布は洗浄せずにそのま寸純水により
布中のＭａｔを抽出しＭを原子吸光法等にで定量する。
一方、残シの布は洗浄を行ない乾燥し上記と同じ操作に
て洗浄後の布中のＭｃｚを抽出しＭを定量する。
第１図より求めた洗浄試験による汚れ（ＵＣＺ）の洗浄
力の評価は次式によシ求める。
ＭＣｊなる物質は洗剤の種類によって変える。例えばＮ
ａ　石けんの場合はＭをＬｌ　　またはｌとする。この
手段を用いれば、洗浄時に布中に浸透する洗剤中のＮａ
　　の影響を取り除ける。
〔本発明の効果〕
本発明は、以上詳記したように、ＭＯＬなる汗を模擬し
た汚れを使用するものであるから、従来の光反射法によ
る方法では評価できない無着色性の汚れの洗浄力を測定
することができる効果が生ずるものでおる。
