Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 顕微鏡台の精密な自動位置ぎめ装置であって；スライド
    を支持するためのスライド支持手段と：このスライド支
    持手段の下方に配置され、顕微鏡台を支える静止したベ
    ース部材と； 前記スライド支持手段と前記ベース部材との４間に挾ま
    れているくさび状部材にして、このくさび状部材の上面
    の上に前記スライド支持手段が自由に摺動できるように
    して支持されるとともに、前記ベース部材に前記くさび
    状部材が摺動可能に装置されてくさびの傾斜に実質的に
    平行なその動きによって前記くさび状部材の前記上面が
    その上面に垂直なＺ軸に沿って対応する動きをするよう
    になっているくさび状部材と； 前記くさび状部材の前記上面に平行であるＸＹ平面のＸ
    軸およびＹ軸に沿う、前記スライド支持手段の移動によ
    って、前記スライド支持手段を前記ＸＹ平面内で精密に
    位置ぎめするためのＸおよびＹ駆動手段にして、前記Ｘ
    軸およびＹ軸のそれぞれに沿った１つの方向に前記スラ
    イド支持手段を動かすため前記スライド支持手段に対し
    て働く、独自に軸方向に調節できて後退可能な押圧手段
    と、この押圧手段に抗するようにしてこの押圧手段に前
    記スライド支持手段をたえず接触保持する弾性的もどし
    手段とを有しているＸおよびＹ駆動手段と； 前記ＸＹ平面に垂直なＺ軸に沿って前記スライド支持手
    段を位置ぎめするためのＺ駆動手段にして、前記傾斜に
    平行な１つの方向に前記くさび状部材を動かすため前記
    くさび状部材に対して働く、独自に軸方向に調節できて
    後退可能な押圧手段と、この押圧手段に抗するようにし
    てこの押圧手段に前記くさび状部材をたえず接触保持す
    る弾性的もどし手段とを有しているＺ駆動手段と；前記
    各押圧手段を軸方向において調節するための後退可能な
    作動手段と； この作動手段を制御するための制御手段とを備えている
    顕微鏡台の自動位置ぎめ装置。
