Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は易剥離性接着部の構造に係り、衛生
面、物性面等の関係で包材としてポリエチレンを
使用する必要がある場合において容易に剥離しう
る接着部を提供するものである。

図により本考案の一実施例を説明すると、第１
図は本考案に係る易剥離性接着部の端面図であつ
て、Ａ，Ｂは接着部における包材を表す。包材Ａ
は基材１に高密度ポリエチレンの一軸延伸フイル
ム３を接着剤層２を介して積層したものからな
り、基材１としてはポリエステル、延伸ナイロ
ン、延伸ポリプロピレン、延伸ポリエチレン等が
用いられる。包材Ｂは基材６に低密度ポリエチレ
ン４を接着剤層５を介して積層したものからな
り、基材６としてはポリエステル、延伸ナイロ
ン、延伸ポリプロピレン、延伸ポリエチレン等が
用いられる。本考案においては包材Ａと包材Ｂと
を第１図に示すように高密度ポリエチレンの一軸
延伸フイルム３と低密度ポリエチレン４とが対面
するように合わせ、熱と圧力とを加えてヒートシ
ートして接着部とするものである。而して、これ
に第１図矢印Ｐを示すような力を加えると高密度
ポリエチレンの一軸延伸フイルム３と、低密度ポ
リエチレン層４との界面で極めて容易且つ綺麗に
剥離しうるという顕著な効果を奏する。次に、具
体的な実施例を掲げて説明する。
図は本考案に係る易剥離性接着部の端面図であつ
て、Ａ，Ｂは接着部における包材を表す。包材Ａ
は基材１に高密度ポリエチレンの一軸延伸フイル
ム３を接着剤層２を介して積層したものからな
り、基材１としてはポリエステル、延伸ナイロ
ン、延伸ポリプロピレン、延伸ポリエチレン等が
用いられる。包材Ｂは基材６に低密度ポリエチレ
ン４を接着剤層５を介して積層したものからな
り、基材６としてはポリエステル、延伸ナイロ
ン、延伸ポリプロピレン、延伸ポリエチレン等が
用いられる。本考案においては包材Ａと包材Ｂと
を第１図に示すように高密度ポリエチレンの一軸
延伸フイルム３と低密度ポリエチレン４とが対面
するように合わせ、熱と圧力とを加えてヒートシ
ートして接着部とするものである。而して、これ
に第１図矢印Ｐを示すような力を加えると高密度
ポリエチレンの一軸延伸フイルム３と、低密度ポ
リエチレン層４との界面で極めて容易且つ綺麗に
剥離しうるという顕著な効果を奏する。次に、具
体的な実施例を掲げて説明する。
（実施例）
厚さ12μのポリエステル／厚さ９μのアルミニ
ウム箔／厚さ25μの高密度ポリエチレンの一軸延
伸フイルムからなる包材Ａと厚さ12μのポリエス
テル／厚さ９μのアルミニウム箔／厚さ60μの低
密度ポリエチレンからなる包材Ｂとを厚さ25μの
高密度ポリエチレンの一軸延伸フイルムと厚さ60
μの低密度ポリエチレンとを対面するように合わ
せて平方インチ当り20ポンドの圧力で155〜180゜
Ｃの温度１秒間でヒートシールし、第２図に示す
ように90゜Ｃ剥離にて１分間に100mm巾の速度で
剥離したところ400〜500g／15mm巾の安定した剥
離強度を得た。

伸フイルムからなる包材Ａと厚さ12μのポリエス
テル／厚さ９μのアルミニウム箔／厚さ60μの低
密度ポリエチレンからなる包材Ｂとを厚さ25μの
高密度ポリエチレンの一軸延伸フイルムと厚さ60
μの低密度ポリエチレンとを対面するように合わ
せて平方インチ当り20ポンドの圧力で155〜180゜
Ｃの温度１秒間でヒートシールし、第２図に示す
ように90゜Ｃ剥離にて１分間に100mm巾の速度で
剥離したところ400〜500g／15mm巾の安定した剥
離強度を得た。
本考案は上述の構成を有するため衛生面、物性
面等の関係でポリエチレンを用いざる得ない場合
においても易剥離性の接着部を得ることができ、
界面剥離であるためシーラント層（高密度ポリエ
チレンの延伸フイルム及び低密度ポリエチレンの
こと）の厚みを薄くしても強度は劣化しないとい
う顕著な効果を有する。
面等の関係でポリエチレンを用いざる得ない場合
においても易剥離性の接着部を得ることができ、
界面剥離であるためシーラント層（高密度ポリエ
チレンの延伸フイルム及び低密度ポリエチレンの
こと）の厚みを薄くしても強度は劣化しないとい
う顕著な効果を有する。
