本考案はシールド掘進機に関するもので、その
目的とするところは、掘削径が大きい場合、圧力
室に取込まれる掘削土砂の混練効果が下がるのを

タヘツド2後部に支持されている。そして、上記
リボン状スクリユウ羽根5は環状体7を介して回
転駆動される。即ち、環状体7の後端部内側に内
歯車9が取付けられると共に回転駆動装置10の
出力軸に取付けられたピニオン11が上記内歯車
9に噛合わされている。12は圧力室4内の掘削
土砂を大気圧室13に排出用するスクリユウコン
ベヤ式排土装置で、その排土用スクリユウ羽根1
4はリボン状に構成されると共にその先端部は上
記掘削土砂混練用リボン状スクリユウ羽根5の内
側に位置するように、その筒状ケーシング15か
ら圧力室4内方に延設されている。上記排土用ス
クリユウ羽根14は、掘削土砂混練用リボン状ス
クリユウ羽根5と同様に、その後部外周に固着さ
れた環状体16を介して回転駆動される。即ち、
環状体16の外周には外歯車17が取付けられる
と共に、回転駆動装置18の出力軸に取付けられ
たピニオン19が上記外歯車17に噛合わされて
いる。20は筒状ケーシング15後端部に設けら
れた掘削土砂排出用ゲート、21はゲート20下
方に設けられた掘削土砂搬出用コンベヤである。
また、22は圧力室4内に泥漿(特殊ペースト)
