Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively mix and knead excavated soil and sand with a soil solidifying liquid by using a system in which an outer tube shaft with a stirring blade is turned with high speed and also an inner shaft with an excavating bit and a solidifying liquid discharge port at its tip is turned with low speed. CONSTITUTION:While lowering a double tube excavating mixer, an inner shaft 3 is turned with low speed and also an outer tube shaft 1 is turned with high speed. The inner shaft 3 excavates the ground by its excavating bit 4 while injecting a soil solidifying liquid, e.g., cement milk, etc., from its holes 5 and 6, where excavated soil sand and the soil solidifying liquid 8 are stirred and mixed together by a stirring mixer blade 2 provided to the outer tube shaft 1 turning at a high speed. Since the inner shaft 3 is turned with low speed, the excavating torque is increased and therefore, even hard ground can be exactly excavated.
