本考案は自動車用扉の内装板のような自動車用
内装板の内張りに使用する自動車用内張材に関す

ているため側縁辺部の処理が面倒で体裁のよいカ
ーペツト地利用の自動車用内装板は普及されてお
らず、豪華な外観を呈すことができるうえに内張
作業が容易なカーペツト地利用の自動車用内張材

本考案は前記のような要望に応えた自動車用内
張材を目的として完成されたもので、以下、図示

化されて所要形状の内張材主体5を構成してい
る。6はこの内張材主体5の所要の側縁方部本実
施例においては周縁方部を所要幅だけ高周波溶着
装置や加熱盤をもつて圧縮してその熱圧により表
面のパイル3を伏倒させた肉薄縁辺部で、該肉薄
縁辺部6の所要個所には適当数の取付孔7が打抜
かれている。8は下辺から両側に亘る肉薄縁辺部
6の基部6′に中間を縫着した縁取り用の熱可塑
性合成樹脂材よりなる帯状レザー地で、該帯状レ
ザー地8は内張材主体5の硬質板9に添装する場
合に肉薄縁辺部6の上面から該硬質板9の下縁お
よび両側縁を覆つてこの硬質板9の裏側に折返さ
れ、この状態で硬質板9をドアパネルイの下半部
に該硬質板9に設けた取付孔10に挿込まれる止
め材11をもつて固定するとともに上縁の肉薄縁
辺部6はドアパネルイの上半部に添装される通常
の自動車用内装板ロとドアパネルイとの間に介在
させて該自動車用内装板ロを固定する止め材ハに

こととなることは勿論のことこの内張材主体5の
所要の側縁方部にはこのカーペツト地1の表面に
ある熱可塑性合成繊維よりなる無数のパイル3を
高周波溶着装置や加熱溶着装置等の押型間におい
て加圧圧縮するなどして形成した熱圧により伏倒
させた肉薄縁辺部6が設けられているから、硬質
板9に添装して自動車用内装板とする場合、この
肉薄縁辺部6を硬質板9の縁辺部に位置させて該
肉薄縁辺部6の表面から硬質板9の縁辺部の裏面
にわたり図示のような帯状レザー地8を捲いて固
定したり、該肉薄縁辺部6を硬質板9の側縁より
外方に引き出してドアパイルイに別に固定される
別の自動車用内装板ロとの間に挾持させるなどの
極めて簡単な手段によつて自動車用扉とすること
ができ、また、このようにして得られる自動車用
扉は内張材主体5の所要の側縁方部にある肉薄縁
辺部6によつて全体が肉厚のカーペツト地をその
まま使用した場合のように縁辺部が盛り上つて不
体裁なものとなることがないうえに該内張材主体
5の裏面に添着一体化されている熱可塑性合成樹
脂地4によつて〓寄ることがなく、しかも、熱圧
によりパイル3を伏倒させて形成した肉薄縁辺部
6は熱可塑性合成繊維よりなるパイル3が熱影響
を受けて旧状に復帰することがないうえ熱可塑性
合成樹脂地4の一部も熱圧によつて内張材主体5
に食い込んで周縁からほつれを略完全に防止する
もので、長期間にわたり美しい外観を呈するもの
