Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）冷蔵工場と併設された凍結工場の凍結庫内に装備
    され、ベルトに載せた凍結パンを冷媒タン、クに浸漬さ
    せた状態で移動させる凍結器と、この凍結器に冷風を送
    る第１の冷凍機、冷却コイル、送風機からなるエアブラ
    スト凍結式の第１の凍結ループと、上記凍結器に、第２
    の冷凍機から熱交換器、ポシプを介して直接冷媒を循環
    させるように構成された冷媒凍結式の第２の凍結ループ
    と、上記凍結器に、地下タンクからポンプを介して直接
    冷媒を循環させるように構成された冷媒凍結式の第３の
    凍結ループと、上記地下タンクに、上記第２の冷凍機か
    ら上記熱交換器、ポンプを介して夜間に冷媒を蓄熱させ
    得る冷媒蓄熱ループを備えてなる食品凍結装置。
  2. （２）上記第１の冷凍機は、上記冷蔵工場のエアブラス
    ト凍結装置に共用可能に構成されている実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の食品凍結装置。
