    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水が負荷側機器、クッションタンク、膨張タンク、循環
    ポンプ及び蒸発器を循環して負荷側機器を冷却する水循
    環回路と、冷媒が圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張手段及び上記蒸
    発器を循環して上記水を冷却する冷凍サイクル回路とを
    具備したチリングユニットにおいて、上記圧縮機、凝縮
    器、膨ｉ手段、蒸発器、クッションタンク、膨張タンク
    及び循環ポンプを１つのユニット内に内蔵してなるチリ
    ングユニット。
