Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the stacker transportation work with ease in short time thus to reduce the labor of bank staff by providing caster and handle to the carrier unit for bearing plural stackers for containing bills. CONSTITUTION:The stackers 23a-23d are carried by staff while being contained in carrier unit 27. Then the rear door of the housing 1 is opened to ride over a guideboard 59 while bringing the front caster 35 of carrier unit 27 in the forefront. Then a staff will push the front caster 35 over a guiderail 53 and settle in V-shaped groove 57. At this time, the carrier unit 27 is positioned in the housing 1. When positioning, the front caster 35 will slip down into the groove 57 to advance the carrier unit 27 naturally without requiring special force to contact the relief pin in the side frame of cash dispenser against the lever fixed to the handle of carrier unit 27 then rotate the lever to the left and remove from the fixed groove.

(Prior Art) Recently, recycling type automatic teller machines have begun to appear in which the banknotes obtained by customers are reused for payment. In this case, in order to use the deposited banknotes for payment, they are naturally sorted and stored in stackers separated by denomination, in preparation for the next withdrawal. In addition to the above-mentioned payment denominations, there are two types of stackers in the device: stackers that store improperly defaced bills for payment, and stackers that store bills that cannot be identified due to miscounting or poor running during payment. More than one type of stacker, such as a stacker, was prepared and staff carried it as needed.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, as detailed above, when carrying the stackers between the equipment installation location and the store's store counter, the staff cannot wait to pick up all the stackers in one go, so they have to go back and forth several times. When inspecting cash or starting operations, bank employees were not very considerate. Recently, as a means of solving these problems, when inspecting cash, banknotes from each denomination stacker are put into one stacker. A one-box system is used in which bills are collected and distributed from one stacker to each denomination stacker at the start of operation, but in order to collect or distribute the bills stored in each denomination stacker, the transport stacker must be It inevitably became too large, and the work load on the line pages could not be reduced during transportation. On the other hand, if the transport stacker is made smaller, the number of bills stored in each denomination stacker decreases and it becomes necessary to replenish banknotes during operation, so the above problem cannot be solved.

At the time of this positioning, the front caster 35 slides down into the groove 57, so that the carrier unit 27 moves forward naturally without requiring any particular force, and as shown in FIGS. An escape pin 51 in the frame 47 hits the handle fixing lever 38 of the carrier unit 27. In this manner, the handle fixing lever 38 is rotated to the left at the same time as the gear rear unit 27 enters, and is disengaged from the fixing groove 40 at the tip of the handle and is pulled out. This frees the handle 37 in the pushing direction, and if you keep pushing it, the tip of the handle will come into contact with the pin 60 on the lifter 50 and the link 49.
As a result, the lifter 50 rises, and the ronokunyaft 43 (Fig. 7) of the handle 37 moves the banknote deposit and withdrawal machine 7.
It fits into the frame holes 61 on both sides of the side frame 47 and is locked.

Since the pins 30 on both sides of the stacker 23 are arranged to come close to each other with the lifter 50, when the lifter 50 is raised, the stacker 23 rises by a predetermined amount and docks with the ejection part 32 of the banknote deposit/withdrawal machine 7 at a specified position. will be done. Next, by closing the rear door of the device housing 1, the υ automatic teller machine is ready.

Next, the operation of removing and carrying the gear rear unit 27 will be explained. In this case, open the rear door of the device casing 1 mentioned above, and unlock the handle 9 42 of the handle 37/44 to the right (Fig. 7). As a result, the Lonokushi X foot 43 comes out of the frame hole 6, and the aforementioned Huff 1 bolt 37 can be tilted in the opposite direction from when it was installed. As the lift par 50 moves, the stacker 23 is lowered and can be pulled out.

- When the handle 37 is tilted down, it hits the drain nozzle 62. Since the fixing groove 40 at the tip of the handle is predetermined, if the pull-out operation continues, the fore-fertility release pin 51 separates from the handle fixing lever 38. As a result, the fixing pin 39 enters the handle fixing groove 4θ, so that the handle is completely positioned. In this way, after the carrier unit 27 is pulled out, it can be freely transported in any direction without falling over even when pushed.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in this invention, the stackers for each denomination, which were previously attached and detached from the device individually, are now made into a carrier unit as a whole, and the carrier unit is equipped with transporting casters and a handle, so that the stacker can be easily transported. This can be done easily and in a short time, reducing the labor burden on bank employees and equipment downtime. Furthermore, by robotizing the carrier unit, there are advantages such as the ability to automate everything from transporting cash to set 1 without the need for bank staff to put their hands on the device.
