  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平行ＥＤされる一対のチェーンコンベアに取リ付けられ
    た複数の支持板にプリント基板の両端を載置して、該プ
    リント基板上の半田ペーストを加熱溶融させてチップ状
    部品をプリント基板上の電気回路に接続させる装置にお
    いて、 前記一対のチェーンコンベアの上部又は下部に、プリン
    ト基板の端部を加熱する細長加熱源をチェーンコンベア
    の駆動方向に沿って設置したことを特徴とする半田リフ
    ロー装置。
