があつた。 It is well known that biaxially oriented polypropylene films are generally printed and then laminated with other films for the purpose of protecting the printed surface, increasing strength and improving heat-sealability, etc., for use in packaging, etc. However, when producing such a film, the corona-treated surface of a biaxially oriented propylene film is usually printed, an adhesive is then applied, and a film used as a heat-sealing layer is then laminated. However, according to this method, organic solvents are used when applying the adhesive, and the solvent residue poses a hygiene problem.
A drying process is required, which increases the number of man-hours, and since it is necessary to dry and remove the solvent, the cost is high, and the pollution of the atmosphere by vaporized gas cannot be ignored, which is a problem. An alternative method is extrusion lamination, which involves printing on the corona-treated surface of a biaxially oriented polypropylene film.
Thereafter, the polyolefin film is directly extruded and laminated with or without an anchor coat layer. However, this method requires large-scale equipment and is relatively expensive, and quality control is difficult due to large variations in the product.Furthermore, the extrusion temperature is generally high, which tends to cause odor due to oxidation and a decrease in heat-sealability. In addition, there was a drawback that the loss at the start was extremely large in the case of small-scale production.

る。 In view of this situation, the inventors of the present invention previously proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 134,675/1986 that the manufacturing process does not require the use of solvents, the production of small lots is extremely easy, the equipment is small, and the equipment is compact. We have proposed a method for manufacturing a laminate film that is inexpensive and produces a uniform product. The above method is characterized by a heat-sensitive adhesive made of a material selected from ethylene-propylene random copolymer, propylene-1-butene random copolymer, or a blend of the two copolymers. Printing is performed on the heat-sensitive adhesive material layer surface of a composite biaxially oriented polypropylene film laminated with material layers, and then an ethylene-propylene copolymer, a propylene-1-butene random copolymer, or an ethylene-propylene copolymer, a propylene-1-butene random copolymer, or It is coated with an easily heat-sealable polyolefin film made of a material selected from a blend of the two copolymers mentioned above and bonded by thermocompression.

This is because if the temperature is 60° C. and the linear pressure is less than 5 kg/cm, preferred thermocompression bonding cannot be obtained, whereas if the temperature is 130° C. or more, the easily heat-sealable polyolefin film begins to soften, which is not preferable.

After that, the composite biaxially stretched polypropylene film created by horizontal stretching is slit appropriately.
Alternatively, it may be printed without slitting. At this time, printing is applied to the layer of heat-sensitive adhesive material, thereby creating a printed composite film. Note that prior to printing, the surface of the heat-sensitive adhesive material layer may or may not be subjected to corona treatment. Thereafter, a separately prepared easily heat-sealable polyolefin film is laminated on the printed surface of the printed composite film, and as described above, such lamination is carried out by passing both through heated pinch rolls. までもない。 In particular, in recent years, printing lots have become smaller due to the increasing demands of users, and switching between lots has become a problem, but according to the method described above,
It should also be noted that printing and laminating can be done in one process, which has the advantage of eliminating the loss and inconvenience of changing lots. In this case, it goes without saying that it is optional to carry out the printing process and the thermocompression bonding process separately.

There is no process that uses water, which is extremely advantageous from a sanitary standpoint, and there is no need to worry about polluting the atmosphere. Further, the manufacturing equipment may be extremely simple, requiring only a small installation area, and has the advantage of being inexpensive and can be completed in time. Furthermore, the film has excellent low-temperature sealability and flexibility, and has a wide heat-sealable temperature range, which is advantageous when making bags.

The sealing strength was determined by a hot plate seal at various temperatures for 1 second at a pressure of 1 Km/cm 2 , and then determined by the tensile speed using a Schottupa type tensile tester.
Measured at 200mm/min.

The polymer was melt-extruded and laminated to form a heat-sensitive adhesive material layer, and then laterally stretched 8 times to produce a composite biaxially stretched polypropylene film. The polypropylene layer of such a composite film has a thickness of 17μ, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer has a thickness of 3μ.
It was μ. This composite film was cut into a usable width of 600 mm using a slitter and rolled up into a paper tube.
