Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain easily the captioned film of which printing surface is protected by a method wherein the printing surface is formed on the surface of the heat sensitive adhesive substance layer of composite biaxially oriented PP series film and a heat-sealable polyolefin series film is bonded by hot-pressing to the printing surface to cover it.
CONSTITUTION: The film A delivered from a delivery section 1 of the composite biaxially oriented PP series film A is printed on the surface of the heat sensitive adhesive substance layer C thereof at a gravure printing section 4, subsequently, is dried in the drying furnace 5. On the other hand, the film E delivered from the delivery section 2 of the heat sealable polyolefin series film E is coalesced with the film A and is hot-pressed between a heating metallic roll 6 and a silicon rubber roll 7, thereafter, is passed through cooling rolls 8, 9, then, the laminate film as a product is manufactured and is reeled up at a reeling section 3. Printing and laminating may be effected in one process.
