[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a rocker arm for a launching barge. Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, a launching barge 11 that loads marine structures, etc., and tows them to the installation site and unloads them onto the sea has a rocker arm 15 at the stern that can be freely swung by a pin 16 at approximately the center. There is a rocker arm 15 that supports the cargo to facilitate unloading and reduce the impact on the ship's hull, but this rocker arm 15 is designed to be locked at a certain angle of inclination to allow the rear end of the cargo to slide down into the sea. There is. Therefore, a cushioning material 10 is provided at the locking portion where the rocker arm 15 of the hull comes into contact with the rocker arm 15.
It is necessary to reduce the impact caused by the contact between the rocker arm 15 and the surface of the rocker arm 15, which receives an excessive load when the load slides down and down, and is subject to severe wear. Furthermore, equipment and work are required to return the rocker arm 15 to its original horizontal position after unloading. The present invention attempts to propose a rocker arm for a launching barge that does not have such drawbacks.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The rocker arm of a launching barge according to the present invention will be explained below based on illustrative drawings. In Figures 2 and 3, 1 is a launching barge that is loaded with marine structures, etc., 2 is the upper deck of the launching barge 1, and 3 is installed parallel to the bow and stern direction on the upper deck 2. It is a skid rail. 4
Recesses are cut out from the stern side adjacent to the ends of the skid rail 3, and 5 is a rocker arm supported between opposing side walls of the recess 4 by a horizontal pin 6 so as to be rotatable through 360 degrees. The rocker arm 5 has a counterweight 7 protruding from the back surface so that the surface always remains stationary along the upper deck 2, and one end side of the rocker arm 5 which is stationary projects out from the stern. Depending on the structure of this rocker arm 5, the specific gravity of the counterweight 7 portion can be made smaller than that of seawater to increase the rotational moment.

In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 4A,
The offshore structure 8 is the upper deck 2 of the launching barge 1.
The vessel is loaded on top and towed, and as shown in Figure B, at the site, the vessel is tilted towards the stern and the cargo is gradually unloaded into the sea from the stern side. Next, as shown in Figure C, the rocker arm 5 rotates and the marine structure 8 is completely moved to the sea. Finally, as shown in Figure D, the hull of the lounge barge 1 is restored horizontally, and the rocker arm 5 is also restored by the restoring force of the counterweight 7, so that its surface remains stationary along the upper deck 2.

According to the rocker arm of the launching barge according to the present invention, the rocker arm is rotatably supported through 360 degrees, and the hull is not affected by the impact caused by the rotation of the rocker arm. Therefore, there is no need to provide a cushioning material, and the rocker arm is used for loading and unloading. When unloading, the load is not fixed at a fixed angle of inclination and is not subject to strong friction from the rear end of the load, reducing wear. Also, the rocker arm that rotates during unloading has a counterweight protruding from the back side. Since the surface is always stationary along the upper deck, when the launching barge returns to its horizontal position after unloading, the Rotsuker arm will naturally return to its original horizontal position along the upper deck, allowing the Rotsuker arm to be restored. No special equipment or work is required. Furthermore, as mentioned in the embodiment, if the rocker arm has a large rotational moment by reducing the specific gravity of the counterweight portion, wear caused by friction with the cargo during unloading can be further reduced.
