Description

本考案は甲板積コンテナの固着装置において、
船の横揺れによるコンテナの揺動を吸収するコン

従来船の甲板上にコンテナを積載する場合に、

が多いが、この場合船の縦揺れによるコンテナの
前後方向の摺動は船の長さ方向に十分な繋止具が
つけられるが、船の横揺れによるコンテナの左右
方向の摺動は船の巾方向であるため十分な繋止具
がつけられず、そのために舷側のペデスタルとコ
ンテナとを固着するとかえつてどちらかを損傷す
ることになるので舷側においてはペデスタルとの
直接の固着が行われなかつた。これがため荒海上
でコンテナがペデスタルから脱落することがあつ

とを特徴とするコンテナペデスタルを提供するも

5とにまたがつてその重量を支えられている。ペ
デスタル5は第2図に示す如く、ピン4で回動可
能に結合された可動部材5aと固定部材5bとで
構成され、可動部材5aの頂部にはコンテナ3を
固着するためのコンテナ固定金具6を備え、固定
部材5bには回動角を規制するためのストツパー

金具(ツイストロツク)9も取りつけることが出
来る。このように繋止されたコンテナは本船が荒
海上で動揺した際コンテナ3がハツチカバー2の
摺動に従つて左右に動揺しても、ペデスタル5の
可動部材5aはこれに追従し、ピン4を軸として
回動するので、コンテナ3やペデスタル5を損傷
することはない。又コンテナ3が上下に動揺する

る左右方向の摺動への対応機能がついたため、舷
側ペデスタルと固着することが可能になり、更に
上下揺れに対しても跳び上り防止が可能となつた
ため、荒海の上におけるコンテナ船の積荷の安全
