り、それによつて、基礎杭の頭部を補強する鋼管
の埋設作業を著しく簡易化して工費の低減を図る
と共に、鋼管の打設による杭外周部の地盤の圧密
強化により、杭頭強化部分の水平および垂直耐力
を一層増大せんとするものである。

4を嵌挿する。鋼管4は、基礎杭2より大径とし
た本体4aの下端部に、縮径するテーパー部4b
が設けられ、その下端は基礎杭2が挿通できる程
度の小径部4cに形成されている。また、前記テ
ーパー部4bには、数条の縦割溝4dを設けてお
く。そして鋼管4は、その小径部4cから基礎杭
2の頭部を嵌挿し、基礎杭2の打込みに使用した
装置など(図示を略す)を利用して地中に打設し
て行く(第2図ロ)。その際、鋼管4はその下端
部がテーパー部4dとなつているため、打設によ
る抵抗が少なく容易に作業が行なえると共に、テ
ーパー部4bの作用によつて杭2周囲の地盤1は
外方に圧密され、地盤の強化が図られることにな
る。また、テーパー部4bには縦割溝4dが設け
られているので、その嵌挿打込みにあたつて、テ
ーパー部4dの外方への逃げができ、基礎杭2の
周面を傷つけることなく、嵌挿が容易に行ない得
る。

ができ、したがつて、基礎杭補強のための作業が
省力化され、施工費の低減が図れると共に、鋼管
の打設によつて周囲の地盤の圧密、強化が行なわ
れ、対抗力の優れた基礎構造が得られる。また、
基礎杭と鋼管との間の充填剤に膨張性コンクリー
トを用いるようにすれば、基礎杭と鋼管との結合
は一層強化されることになる等、多くの優れた効
果を奏するものである。
