PURPOSE:To stably carry out the supply of electronic component parts of multi-kinds but in a small amount, and the required tests thereof upon supply of electronic component parts, by setting electronic component parts having lead wires on plates each having holes or the like into which the lead wires may be inserted, and by disposing the plates on which the electronic component parts are set into a stick before the component parts are fed. CONSTITUTION:An electronic component part 1 is set on a plate having holes, etc. in to which lead wires of the component part 1 may be inserted, and having a length and a width larger than those of the electronic component part 1, and is stored into a stick 6 made of, for example, plastic molding articles, etc. Under this condition electronic component parts are delivered to an assembly maker from a part maker. When a proof-temperature test, etc. in the assembly maker is made as an acceptance inspection, the lower or upper sections of the stick 6 is opened so that the test may be made while the electronic component parts 1 are stored in the stick 6. Further, the electronic component parts 1 fed in the stick 6 are caught one by one by means of a chuck 7 while the plate 4 are shifted onto a retrieving conveyor 8 so that they are fed to their respective predetermined positions.

を確保することは非常に困難であった。そこで比較的単
純な形状のものよりスティック化を進め、自動化のニー
ズに対応して来たが、部品重心位置が高く転倒しやすい
ものや、突起物が付く部品などは、従来のスティックで
は安定供給が不可能で、これらを安定供給することが課
題であった。

を安定してスムーズに滑るプレート4に塔載され、プラ

収容される。この状態で部品メーカよりアセンブリーメ
ーカに納品される。すなわち通い箱−を兼ねることにな
る。又アセンブリーメーカでの受入検査として、耐温度
試験や特性試験を行なう際も、このスティックに収容さ
れたまま試験が出来る様スティックの下部又は上部がオ
ープンになっていることが望ましい。第3図の状態で納
入された電子部品を多数収容したスティックは、自動挿
入機の部品供給部に積み重ねられ、供給位置決め端まで
送出するシュート部と継がる最下段のスティックよシ順
次供給される、供給は、供給位置決め端へ前記プレート
に電子部品がのったまま供給される。次に位置決め端か
ら電子部品のみをチャック7によりチャッキングされ所
定の位置へ移送される。電子部品のなくなったプレート
は更に先方又は下方の回収コンベア上に送られ、回収コ
ンベアにより所定の位置へ回収される。
