Abstract

PURPOSE:To spray uniformly high-pressure water to the inside and to obtain a multi-stage fountain type scrubber having extremely high cleaning rate by providing a distributing pipe which injects the pressure water to vortex generating vanes and central part. CONSTITUTION:Dust-laden gas forms vertexes in the stage of passing the vortex generating vanes 2 and flows toward the upper part of a wind tunnel 1 when said gas flows into the wind tunnel. The high-pressure water dammed up by respective annular plates 13 is radially injected toward the wall of the wind tunnel through respective stages of ejection ports 15 when the water is fed at the same instant from a water feed pipe 11 to the distributing pipe 12. The vigorous gas-liquid contact with the vortex dusty gas is then executed. The sewage falls in an outside cylinder 22 through each slit 21 and is discharged to the outside through a discharge port 25. The water drops falling onto the vanes 2 enters a bag part 4 for water stopping but are immediately intruded into the vortexes, by which the water drops are fed toward the upper part of the tunnel 1.

(Structure of the Invention) The scrubber with a multilayer injection nozzle of the present invention has vortex generating blades with a water stopper provided on the plate side arranged radially at the inlet of the wind barrel, and pressurized water is distributed in the center of the wind barrel. The piping is drawn in. 1 Inside the distribution pipe, install several annular plates with through holes whose inner diameters gradually decrease toward the top, and install several injection nozzles directly below each annular plate.・Drainage slits are formed in the wind barrel wall facing the outside of the distribution pipe.

// is a water pipe drawn into the wind cylinder from a water pump (not shown), and its front end is connected to a pressure water distribution pipe /2 which stands upright in the center of the fuselage above the vortex generating blade. Inside the pipe, several stages of annular plates /3 having nine holes /q are installed whose inner diameters are gradually reduced toward the top, and several annular plates /3 are installed at regular intervals directly below each plate, each penetrating the pipe wall. An injection port 15 is provided.

K/ is a number of vertical slits formed by cutting and raising the wind barrel wall at a position facing the outside of the distribution pipe/2, and K λ is arranged outside the wind barrel/2 outside the slits. The bottom part is an outer cylinder with 23 glued to the wind cylinder, and a 0.21I exhaust air is provided at the upper part of the core outer cylinder, and a sewage outlet=3 is provided at the outside of the lower part.

(Operations and Effects) When the gas containing gas flows into the wind barrel, it becomes a vortex when passing through the vortex generation TA2 and flows to the upper part of the wind barrel. At the same time, when water is sent from the water pipe// to the distribution pipe/co, the high-pressure water dammed up by each annular plate/3 forms several layers of water film from the injection port 15 of each stage and is sprayed radially toward the wind trunk wall. However, intense gas-liquid contact occurs with the dust-containing gas rising in the form of a vortex.

In addition, by appropriately setting the inner diameter of the through hole/g of the annular plate/3 of each stage, the amount of water, water pressure, etc. in each layer can be set equally or at a value depending on the purpose. .

The sewage containing dust and blown onto the wind cylinder/inner wall descends inside the outer cylinder 22 through the slits 1 and 2, and is discharged to the outside through the outlet 5.

In addition, the water droplets that fall onto the vortex generating blade 2 enter the bag part of the water stopper, but since the upper part of the blade axis is under low pressure, it is immediately sucked into the low pressure part - and then mixed into the vortex, and the water droplets enter the bag part of the water stopper. Since the rain is sent upwards, precipitation cannot fall below the wings.

The scrubber of the present invention has no moving mechanism inside the device and waste water is quickly discharged outside the device, so it can be used for a long period of time while keeping the inside of the device always clean. Since strong gas-liquid contact occurs with the gas containing gas that is evenly distributed throughout the air and passes through the wind barrel in the form of a vortex, the purification rate is extremely high.
