Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of an eddy current by correspondingly disposing a rotor magnet and a magnetic yoke at both sides of a drive coil, and spirally or concentrically winding a magnetic material on the yoke. CONSTITUTION:A rotor frame 14 is mounted on a rotor shaft 13, and a rotor magnet 15 is secured to the lower surface of the frame 14. A drive coil 17 is provided through a magnetic yoke 16 on a substrate 11. The yoke 16 is constructed by winding spirally or concentrically a magnetic material 18 coated with an adhesive 19 on one side. Thus, the thickness is reduced to suppress the eddy current to improve the efficiency.

気ヨーク16を第1図の如き基板11上に接着固定し、
更にこの磁気ヨーク1e上に駆動コイル17を固定して
モータを構成したものである。なお、磁気ヨーク1eは
必ずしも基板11上に固定せず、基板11を省略しても
よい。また、この種モータの用途としては、超薄型のカ
セットレコーダー用モータとして、戒はフロッピーディ
スク用スピンドルモータ等、OA機器の小型、薄型化に
対応出来る。
