【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は元混合式のガスバーナの着火装置に係
わるものである。ガスバーナの着火方法としては
炎口部より噴出するガスに直接スパークを与えて
着火させるダイレクト式と予め形成したパイロツ
ト炎により着火させるパイロツト式とがあり、爆
発着火の防止等安全性を考慮した場合後者のパイ
ロツト式が秀れている。本考案はパイロツト着火
方式を採用し、しかも確実かつ安定な着火性能を
保証し、製作性が良く部品点数の少ないガスバー
ナを提供するものであり、以下図示の本考案に係
わるガスバーナに油燃焼機能を組み込み、ガス燃
焼と油燃焼の切換えが可能な混焼バーナでの一実
施例に基づき具体的に説明する。

路12を形成し、二次空気通路12内の炎口部7
始端に保炎板113を取付けてあり、保炎板13
には中央に噴出口14と周面に切起した旋回翼1
5を設けてある。16は一端開口17をガス室3
に連通し固定したパイロツト導管で、当該導管1
6は混合室6を貫通し、折曲して混合室6壁に沿
つて前方に延ばし、再度折曲して開口18を下方
に向けてある。19は点火電極20の電極碍子2

極碍子21には上面にパイロツト導管16の嵌入
する溝29を設けてある。しかしてバーナの組立
てはバーナチユーブ2にガス室3、混合室6を形
成し、保炎板13並びにパイロツト導管16を取
付る。この状態でパイロツト導管16は一端開口
17を固定したのみであり、又混合室6の内方壁
と若干の間隙を有し、上下左右に揺動するもので
ある。次いでホルダー金具19に電極碍子21を
ビス27により又ノズルホルダー22をホルダー
金具19にビス28で締め付け固定し、ノズルホ
ルダー22に油噴霧ノズル24並びに油導管25
を接続する。そして上記各構成部品を組み付けた
状態でホルダー金具19をバーナチユーブ2内に
挿入し、取付脚23をビス等でバーナチユーブ2
内壁に固定する。このホルダー金具19の挿入に
より第3図に示したようにパイロツト導管16は

用て該導管の復元力により溝内に嵌入圧接せしめ
ても上記効果を達成できるものである。
