４・・・耐圧シリンダー、５・・・断熱層、６・・・ヒ
ーター、７・・・熱電対、８ａ・・・支持台、８ｂ・・
・金属コップ、８ｃ・・・接合受台、１１・・・試料支
持台、１３・・・ヒーター接続ピン端子、１４・・・熱
電対接続ピン端子、１６・・・ヒーター接続ビン端子受
け、１７・・・熱電対接続ピン端子受け。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 頂部が上蓋によって気密に閉塞された竪型耐圧シリンレ
    どその底部に着脱自在に嵌合し装着し得る下蓋とによっ
    て形成される高圧容器と、前記下蓋の上面に装設されて
    高圧容器内に収納され且つ内側に加熱装置を内蔵した倒
    立コップ状断熱層により囲まれた処理室とて構成された
    熱間静水圧プレス装置において、前記下蓋は、倒立コッ
    プ状の断熱層と加熱装置及び熱電対とを載置保持する環
    状外側蓋２ａと、該環状外側蓋に着脱自在に嵌合する内
    側蓋２ｂとより構成し、しかもヒーター及び熱電対用の
    第一のコネク多が下面に向けて組み込まれた環訣の絶縁
    性支持台を前記断熱層下端に設け、一方′、前記環状外
    側蓋の上部には前記第一のコネクタに対応した第二のコ
    ネクタが上方を向いて組み込まれてリード引き出しされ
    ていることを特徴とする熱間静水圧プレス装置。
