(Prior art) Conventionally, injection needles are ground by cutting 100 to 500 needle tubes A to a fixed size in a row and sandwiching them between two plate-shaped clamping jigs from both sides, as shown in Fig. 6. Clamp it with the upper end protruding, set it on the table of a general-purpose cylindrical grinder, and grind the tip to an acute angle in several cuts while moving the table left and right. Roll the needle tube 4° to 6° to the right or left by sliding it slightly left and right, and tilt the clamping jig slightly toward you to remove the needle tube A.
Two-sided grinding was performed on the tip of the machine, once on each side.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, with this device, it is necessary to align the needle tube A, insert it into the jig, center it using a cylindrical grinder, and change the position of the clamp for two-sided polishing. The work of taking out the finished product after grinding is very complicated and inefficient, and the grinding work requires a skilled worker.

(Means for Solving the Problem) Therefore, the present invention divides the grinding work of the injection needle into multiple steps and arranges them around the circumference of the rotary table, so that the entire grinding work process can be completed with one rotation of the rotary table. A device that grinds cylindrical needle tubes A and manufactures injection needles by fully automatically performing everything from arranging the needle tubes A to winding up the ground product to improve efficiency and achieve high-precision grinding. , a belt-shaped adhesive tape B to which a predetermined number of tapes are intermittently attached to the needle tube A with the tip thereof exposed and aligned with the axis of the needle tube A in the width direction; and a tape B to which the needle tube A is adhered.
is wrapped around the outer circumference of the rotary table, and is attached to the rotary table 1 and the tape B, which are sequentially rotated to the installation positions of polishing wheels and deburring wheels, which are installed at equal center angles around the table. Clamp the part of the attached needle tube A other than the part that will be affixed to the tape, temporarily press and fix it to the outer circumferential surface of the table, or rotate the needle tube A slightly to the left and right in the circumferential direction of the table to rotate the needle tube A. The same number of clamp arms 3 as there are polishing wheels and deburring wheels are provided on the rotary table 1, and around the rotary table there are polishing wheels 5 and deburring wheels 6 whose depth of cut can be adjusted to complete the grinding and deburring process. This invention provides a continuous injection needle grinding machine equipped with a winding device 7 for winding up an adhesive tape B with a needle tube A attached thereto.

Next, this clamping device 2 moves slightly in the circumferential direction of the rotary table 1 while clamping the needle tube A, and rotates the needle tube A a little clockwise or counterclockwise to tighten the tip of the needle tube A from both the left and right sides. In order to perform two-sided grinding, facing both sides of the clamping device 2,
A pair of lateral movement cylinders 2c attached to the rotary table 1 and a stopper 4 for regulating the amount of lateral movement of the clamping device 2 are provided close to the lateral movement cylinders 2c, and the stoppers 4 have a stop position that can be adjusted. An adjustment screw 4a is provided for this purpose. This lateral movement device is operated at two locations before entering the 7th and 9th steps, and these two locations are operated in opposite directions to form the 7th and 9th steps as shown in Figure 5. as,
Grind the tip of needle tube A a second time on the right and left sides respectively.
Then, in the eighth and tenth steps following the completion of the second grinding, burrs are removed using a leather deburring wheel 6 to complete the entire grinding process.

Next, the clamp device 2
A hinge 11a is provided near the supporting end of the rotary shaft 12 of the rotating shaft 12, and a vertical cylinder 2b is provided outward from the hinge 11a to connect the rotating rubber 1 and the clamp arm holder 11, and the clamp device 2 passes through the 10th step. Then, the clamp cylinder 2a is activated to move the clamp arm 3 away from the outer periphery of the rotary table 1 to open the clamp, and then move to the position of the 11th step.
That is, before reaching the winding guide roll 16,
First, the clamp cylinder 2b operates to bend the clamp device downward from the hinge 11a as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. In this way, with the clamp device 2 lowered, the adhesive tape B passes through 12 steps from the winding position to the supply position, and then returns to the position of the first step, that is, the adhesive tape B
At the position where the needle tubes A have passed the guide roll 15 that adheres the group of needle tubes A and supplies them to the outer periphery of the rotary table 1,
The vertical cylinder 2b pulls up the clamp device, and in the second step position, the clamp cylinder operates, attracting the group of needle tubes A to the outer periphery of the rotary table 1, completing the clamping, and thereafter, the rotation of the rotary table 1. Therefore, the third step and subsequent steps are ground as described above.

Further, a receiving plate 13 is provided below the outer peripheral edge of the rotary table 1 to support the lower end of the needle tube A, and a push plate 14 is further provided at the upper outer peripheral edge of the rotary table 1 to firmly support the needle tube A during grinding. Sometimes it is set up.

In the above explanation, the clamp cylinder 2a, the vertical cylinder 2b, and the lateral movement cylinder 2c can be used with either hydraulic pressure or pneumatic pressure, and the means for operating these cylinders at a desired location for a desired time are as follows: It uses commonly used limit switches, photoelectric switches, proximity switches, etc. to detect the location of activation and activates the solenoid valve that opens and closes the circuit. If necessary, a timer can also be used to control the time. Since this is a common-sense application of a known technique, detailed explanation will be omitted.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is as described above, four processes of one-side grinding, two processes of double-face grinding of the tip, and two processes of deburring are arranged on the outer peripheral edge of the rotary table 1, and While the grinding wheel 1 rotates, all processes are automatically completed one after another, and the adhesive tape B is continuously wound up by the winding device 7 while the grinding wheel 5 and the grinding wheel 5 in each process are wound up continuously. The deburring wheel 6 can be positioned accurately, and the quality suitable for each process can be selected, resulting in high grinding accuracy.High quality injection needles can be produced labor-savingly and can be supplied at a low price, achieving extremely effective and appropriate effects. It is something to play.

1. In an apparatus for manufacturing a syringe needle by grinding a cylindrical needle A, the tip of the needle A is exposed, its width direction is aligned with the axis of the needle A, and a predetermined number of needles are intermittently pasted. Belt-shaped adhesive tape B
Then, the tape B to which the needle tube A is attached is wrapped around the outer circumference of the rotary table, and the tape B is sequentially rotated to the installation position of the polishing wheel and deburring wheel, which are installed at equal center angles around the table. The rotary table 1 and the part of the needle tube A attached to the tape B other than the part that is attached to the tape are clamped and temporarily crimped and fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the table. Clamp arms 3 for rotating the needle tube A, which has been slightly rotated, are provided on the rotary table 1 in the number of polishing wheels and deburring wheels. A continuous injection needle grinding machine characterized by being provided with a wheel 6 and a winding device 7 for winding up an adhesive tape B with a needle tube A that has been ground and deburred.
