Traditionally, pots, frying pans, and other containers have been widely used as cooking containers used to heat cooking ingredients to boil, simmer, or bake, but electromagnetic cookers, or electromagnetic cookers, generate electric current from a power source using magnetic force. An electromagnetic induction heating type cooker uses magnetic field lines on the surface of the top plate that are passed through a coil to generate heat in the pot itself placed on the top plate, and uses that heat to cook food. It has recently become popular due to its many advantages: it does not generate combustion gas, so there is no risk of fire, it can keep the air in the room fresh, and the bottom of the pot will not get dirty due to flames. However, the cooking containers that can be used are mainly those made entirely of magnetic materials, such as enamel iron pots, iron frying pans, 18 chrome stainless steel pots, and iron plates; aluminum pots and other non-magnetic materials are not permitted. It is considered unusable. However, when using a conventional iron enamel pot with an induction cooker, there is a problem that it is heavy and difficult to use.
Furthermore, when using iron frying pans or other iron frying pans, they tend to overheat locally, making them unsuitable for ``broiling'' cooking, and they also have the disadvantage of not being able to withstand use at high temperatures for long periods of time. Another problem is that it is prone to rust.

Therefore, the present inventor first proposed a cooking container in which a magnetic material is combined with an aluminum container body, specifically, a cooking container in which a magnetic material layer is provided at least on the outside of the bottom of the container body made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. [See patent application No. 57-69569]. As a result, it was possible to provide a container for an electromagnetic cooker that can be used not only for boiling but also for baking.

The present invention is a further improvement of the cooking container according to the previous proposal, and specifically, when applying a sprayed iron layer as a magnetic material layer to at least the outside of the bottom of the container body made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. , a plurality of inclined grooves are formed in advance on the outside of the bottom, and the corresponding parts of the sprayed iron layer are inserted into these grooves to integrate with the bottom, and the central part of the bottom is compared with the surrounding parts. By curving the inside of the container body, an extremely strong integrity can be obtained despite the fact that the container body is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy and is coated with a sprayed layer of iron with a different coefficient of thermal expansion. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooking container that has a bottom that repeatedly expands and contracts but is comfortable to sit on.

The details of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 are diagrams showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the illustrated example, a "pot" is shown as a cooking container, and 1 indicates a container body made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, and the center portion 2a of the bottom portion 2 is slightly curved inward of the container body compared to the peripheral portion 2b. The bending depth d depends on the size of the bottom part 2, but for example, in the case of a 20cm diameter saucepan, it is 3mm.
It is formed with a curvature depth d of approximately In order to obtain such a curved state in the bottom part 2, the spraying force when providing the iron spray layer 3 as a "magnetic material layer" on the outside of the bottom part 2, that is, the spraying force when spraying iron, and the container body on the side to be sprayed. This method utilizes the heat-softened state of No. 1 to form a curve along with thermal spraying. This sprayed iron layer 3 is formed on at least the outside of the bottom 2 of the container body 1, and is formed in a state in which it enters a plurality of inclined grooves 4 formed in advance on the outside of the bottom 2. It is. The groove 4 is formed with a notch angle α of about 15° to 45° from the center of the bottom 2 outward (in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1). It is possible to cut and form a plurality of grooves 4 in a circular manner. When forming the sprayed iron layer 3 on the outside of the bottom 2 of the container body 1 having such grooves 4, first a blasting process is applied to the outside surface of the bottom 2 to make it a so-called "rough surface". First, to prevent oxidation, a sprayed layer 5 of nickel, nickel chrome, SUS, etc. is formed with a thickness of 0.2 mm or less as an intermediate sprayed layer 5, and then a sprayed layer 3 of iron is coated on the outer surface with a thickness of 0.8 mm to 1 mm. It is formed to a thickness of about 100 ml, and when the spraying material is sprayed onto the bottom 2 of the container body 1 during thermal spraying, it enters the plurality of inclined grooves 4 formed toward the outside, forming an intermediate thermal spraying layer. 5 and a sprayed layer 3 of iron is integrated with the bottom part 2, with the sprayed iron layer 3 entering the plurality of grooves 4 at a certain spraying speed, while the bottom part 2 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy is sprayed. As the thermal spraying force is applied thereto, it curves slightly inward of the container body 1. The shape of this curve is from the peripheral region 2b of the bottom 2 toward the central region 2a. By repeating thermal spraying, a certain beautiful curved shape can be obtained.

The slope β of the plurality of grooves 4 depends on the thickness size of the bottom portion 2, but when the thickness t of the bottom portion 2 is set to about 2 to 5 mm, the slope β of the plurality of grooves 4 is preferably about 30°. It has been found through various experiments that it is preferable that the cuts are made with an opening of about 45 degrees, and that the pitch p between the grooves 4, 4 is preferably about 5 to 10 mm. Reference numeral 6 in the figure indicates an inner surface treatment layer, such as an alumite treatment layer or a Teflon (registered trademark) coating layer.

As explained above, in the cooking device according to the present invention, a plurality of grooves 4 are formed in advance in an inclined shape on the outside of at least the bottom part 2 of the container body 1 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, and oxidation prevention After applying the intermediate sprayed layer, the iron sprayed layer 3 as a magnetic material layer is applied, so that the parts of the iron sprayed layer 3 that correspond to the plurality of grooves 4 partially enter into the grooves 4. It is formed in a state where it is in a state of being solidly integrated with the bottom part 2, and is, so to speak, a thermally sprayed layer 3 of iron.
A wedge is driven into the bottom 2 of the container body 1 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, and due to this so-called "wedge effect", there is a gap between the steel sprayed layer 3 of the container body 1 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. Even though there is a difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion, this sprayed iron layer 3 does not peel off easily and can reliably maintain a state of integration with the container body 1 for a long period of time under any condition. . When the bottom part 2 is coated with the thermally sprayed iron layer 3, the central part 2a is slightly inwardly recessed compared to the peripheral part 2b, giving it a beautiful curved shape as a whole. ”, making it very comfortable to sit on. In addition, as an electromagnetic cooker, even if the center part 2a of the bottom part 2 is slightly recessed than the peripheral part 2b, there is no problem with electromagnetic induction and sufficient electromagnetic induction heating is performed. If the peripheral portion 2b protrudes toward the surface and becomes convex, the peripheral portion 2b will wobble and sit poorly against the flat mounting surface of the electromagnetic cooking container, which will adversely affect electromagnetic induction and reduce thermal efficiency. Further, when the bottom part 2 of the container body 1 is viewed from the outside, the parts of the sprayed iron layer 3 corresponding to the grooves 4 partially enter into the grooves 4, thereby forming a concave pattern 7 there. A certain kind of pattern is formed on the bottom part 2 of the cooking container, so that it can be expected to have a sufficiently interesting design. Of course, when forming the plurality of slanted grooves 4 that exhibit such a wedge effect and are expected to have an interesting design, the size, inclination, notch angle, pitch, and planar shape of the grooves 4 must be carefully selected. Of course, the overall pattern of the grooves can be set in various ways depending on the size, shape, and other conditions of the container body 1.

Since the cooking container according to the present invention has the above-mentioned contents, it is possible to reliably form a sprayed iron layer on the container body made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, which has a different coefficient of thermal expansion. It is possible to provide a magnetic material layer with an improved magnetic material layer and exhibit extremely excellent characteristics as a cooking container for an electromagnetic cooker. Because it is formed on the outside of the wedge and is sloped, if iron is sprayed there as a magnetic material layer, a part of it will enter the groove as it is sprayed, and the sprayed iron layer will form a wedge between aluminum or aluminum alloy. It can be easily and reliably driven into the container body and has sufficient mechanical strength. In addition, the center part of the bottom is slightly curved inward compared to the surrounding parts, so it can be placed on a flat electromagnetic cooker. It is extremely comfortable to sit on, and even if the bottom expands and contracts each time it is used, the amount of deformation is absorbed by the curvature, so the bottom does not protrude outwards, ensuring stable seating at all times. In addition, because the outer surface of the sprayed iron layer formed there as a magnetic material layer partially enters into the multiple grooves, a pattern is created on the outside of the bottom. It is an extremely excellent product that can be expected to have sufficient design effects as a cooking container.
