[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a fork-shaped pallet transport vehicle connected to a lift vehicle, and more specifically, to a fork-shaped pallet transport vehicle connected to a lift vehicle. This invention relates to a so-called fork-shaped pallet carrier that is supported so as to be able to rise and fall freely. The pallet carrier A is connected to the elevator C of the lift vehicle B as shown in FIG. The pallet is inserted into the space, and in this inserted state, the fork members that make up the transport vehicle A are slightly raised relative to the chassis frame by remote hydraulic control from the lift vehicle, so that the pallet can be transported, that is, the pallet is lifted off the ground. When the lift vehicle B runs in this state, the pallet transport vehicle A travels together with its wheels touching the ground, transporting the loaded pallet, and lifts the elevator C of the lift vehicle B at a predetermined transport position. By doing so, the entire pallet carrier A is lifted up and placed on a high platform such as a truck, and after being placed, the carrier A is pulled out from the bottom space of the pallet as the lift vehicle B retreats. .

By the way, the conventional fork-shaped pallet carrier A is
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, one end of an undulating rod 3 is pivotally supported by a shaft 4 on a chassis frame 2 equipped with wheels 1.
The other end is connected to the fork member 6 by a pin 5, and
Further, one end of the advancing/retracting rod 7 is connected to the other end of the undulating rod 3,
By advancing this advancing/retracting rod 7 by rotating the driving member 8, the second hoisting rod 3 stands up from the lying state shown in FIG. 6 as shown in FIG. In this structure, the fork member 6 is raised and lowered by the rotation of the undulating rod 3, so the fork member 6 is raised and lowered vertically. For example, if loads are placed next to each other and you try to lift one of them as shown in Figure 9, this load will rise in the direction of the vertical arrow, so it may get caught on the adjacent load. Therefore, in order to prevent this, it is troublesome to raise the fork member 6 while reversing the lift vehicle B, and conversely, the load supported by the fork member 6 may be removed from the load already placed. When unloading the load next to it, the load must be pressed down against the load that has already been placed, which has the drawback that the so-called lifting and lowering operations of the load are extremely complicated.

In addition, with the above conventional structure, in order to maintain the strength of the lens 5 that connects the fork members 6, the thickness of the fork members 6 in the height direction must be set large, and as a result, the fork members It also had the disadvantage of being unstable during transportation, in that the height from the ground when ascending was unnecessarily large.

The present invention raises and lowers the fork member obliquely while maintaining a horizontal state, thereby moving the load in the direction of the diagonal arrow as shown in Fig. 10, thereby preventing the loads from catching on each other when the load is lifted up. In addition, when the fork member floats down, it can be lowered so as to naturally contact the neighboring load without strain, and the height above the ground when the fork member is raised can be made as low as possible.

As shown in Fig. 1, it has a drive part case 1 on the negative side, and two parallel forks 2 protruding from the front left and right sides of this case.
The drive unit case 1 has a so-called fork-like external shape, and is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 3 that is connected to a control device of the lift vehicle B via a hydraulic hose (not shown).

To be more specific, each fork 2 includes a chassis frame 4 whose side surface is flat and elongated and whose planar shape is a rectangular frame, and a flat chassis frame 4 which is opened downward and is fitted onto the upper collar of the chassis frame 4. The chassis frame 4 is equipped with front and rear wheels 4at#, and on the outside of the left and right frame rods constituting the frame 4,
A slope 6 in the front and back direction is formed at the front end and the rear end,
On the other hand, slopes 7 parallel to the slopes 6 are formed on the inside of the left and right side plate portions constituting the fork member 5, and both slopes 6

As shown in Fig. 8, the hook part 9 of the pallet carrier A is engaged and connected to the elevator C of the lift car B, and as the lift car B moves, the fork 2 of the pallet carrier A is moved into the bottom space of the loaded pallet. Hydraulic cylinder 3 of pallet transport vehicle A is inserted in the state shown in Fig. 3 and controlled remotely from lift vehicle B.
When the fork member 5 is pulled to the left, the slope 7 provided on the fork member 5 slides on the slope 6 provided on the chassis frame 4. Therefore, the fork member 5 rises obliquely while maintaining a horizontal state, and floats the loaded pallet so that it can be transported.

On the other hand, by pushing the hydraulic cylinder 3 back to the right in the figure, the slope 1 surface 7 of the fork member 5 slides on the slope 6 of the chassis frame 4, and the fork member 5 is returned to the state shown in FIG. It is something.

As described above, according to the present invention, slopes are provided on the chassis frame and the fork member constituting the pallet transport vehicle, and a means is adopted in which the two flange surfaces are slidably abutted against each other, thereby keeping the fork member in a horizontal state. As shown in Fig. 10, the load is raised and lowered in a diagonal manner to prevent the loads from catching on each other when floating, and to lower the load so that it naturally contacts the neighboring load without straining when it floats down. can be made possible.

Furthermore, since the above-mentioned slopes butt against each other, the height above the ground when the fork member is raised can be made as low as possible, which has excellent features that cannot be expected with conventional pallet transport vehicles. It is.
