(Prior Art) A wide variety of methods for producing highly stretchable fabrics have been developed. That is, the elastic a-bias formed by spun yarn containing elastic fibers such as spantex, fibers with high elastic recovery rate, the false twist number of semi-undrawn yarn of thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament, and the heater Swelling agents are applied to highly elastic woven and knitted fabrics using processed yarns that are processed at a certain temperature, and to synthetic fiber N fabrics that are woven using yarns with different swelling and contraction forces. A high-shrinkable thermoplastic yarn with a higher shrinkage rate than one of the multifilament yarns in a synthetic fiber twisted yarn as a bulky W4 knitted fabric. There are threads made by first plying and twisting multi-fitment yarns and then twisting them again with a mIm finish, but this invention has high elasticity and bulkiness, and also has a glossy texture. I can't find any fabrics that can be produced.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) This invention is capable of eliminating the cold and heavy feel of synthetic fiber twisted yarns in highly elastic fabrics and imparting deep luster. [Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) This invention is intended to achieve the above object, After heat treatment, the crimped yarn, which is continuously unwound to form a non-rotating regular waveform, is wound around a wine goo, and this is used as a weft. This invention relates to a highly elastic woven fabric obtained by finishing a woven fabric made by weaving crimped and stretched weft yarns between warp yarns arranged at a coarse density in advance in consideration of the shrinkage allowance.

Note that the size of the loop formed by the crimped weft yarn differs depending on the unevenness of the yarn used as the warp yarn, giving rise to characteristics in the grain surface of the cloth.
The characteristics of the fabric's grain can be made even more pronounced by using threads that are mostly thin, with noticeable thick sections appearing here and there between the threads.

(Function) To explain the function and effect of this invention, is it a non-circular regular waveform? The crimped yarn to be formed is used as the weft, and the shrinkage allowance is arranged between the warp yarns with a coarse expected density. The crimp is inserted in an elongated state between the warp yarns, so when the fabric is taken off the loom, the woven width is 198cm*160cm. ~
Since it is shrunk to 165 cm, the shrinkage rate due to the loom is 16.7%. By rearranging and finishing this woven fabric, it will further shrink and the finished width will be 1361, so the overall shrinkage rate is 3.
It reaches 1.3% and can produce a highly elastic effect in the weave width direction. However, this degree of shrinkage is normally seen in training wear and chassis, but the effect of this woven fabric is that the yarn, which is originally non-stretchable, is processed to make it equally stretchy, and the unevenness of the warp threads causes unevenness in the warp threads. As shown in Figure 2, large and small changes in the loop shape occur on the grain surface of the fabric, and by using slub yarn for the warp threads, noticeable thick parts appear here and there. The unique feature of high protrusion and the deep, warm luster created by diffused reflection from the surface of the filament yarn itself, which is not 7-rat, eliminates the coldness and weight of synthetic fibers, is the bulk required for women's clothing fabrics. I am immersed in the fact that it is extremely effective in expressing the beauty of the solid yet fitted wood and the variety of fabrics.

(c) In the figure, the warp number arrangement is crimped during the weaving process, taking into account the shrinkage of yarn 3, and using a warping machine to create a rough density, yarns of the appropriate length for the weaving width are aligned and tensioned in parallel. Passing through the upper loom ◎ Although any raw material may be used for the warp yarns 4, using slub yarns 5, which are particularly variable in shape, can produce even better effects as will be explained later. With the crimped yarn 3, which will become the weft, stretched, the crimp of the loom is moved up and down appropriately, and the equipped warp threads are run through the openings created in two ways to weave. . The woven structure is not limited to plain weave, but may be of any other type. The figure shows an enlarged view of the state of the woven fabric. If the warp rtlIN has a normal shape, the weft will change due to the shrinkage of the crimped yarn 3. A joint having a loop 6 formed therebetween can be obtained. In addition, when there is a thread irregularity in the warp thread count, the shape of the loop 6 changes depending on the shape, and it is possible to make the surface of the cloth look interesting. (E) The figure shows the case where slub yarn 5 is used for the warp 4, and the thickness of its shape,
On the contrary, the loops 6 formed by the crimped yarns 3 of the weft become significantly smaller or change greatly depending on the thickness of the weft, so that the interesting characteristics of the woven fabric can be made even more noticeable.

Figure 2 shows a cross section of the woven fabric, and it can be seen that the bulkiness is created by the various protruding states of the weft yarns that form the loops 6 from the fabric. Finally, the woven fabric undergoes a predetermined finishing process. It is further shrunk to provide even greater bulkiness, and the glossiness can be deepened due to the remarkable changes that occur in the grain of the fabric.

(2) Furthermore, by using slub yarns as warp yarns, the above characteristics can be further emphasized in response to changes in the shape of the warp yarns.
Not only can it be completely wiped off, but its unique textured surface also becomes one of the trend-setting points of the design. (3) From these characteristics, it has high elasticity and bulkiness. Due to the depth of the luster in the varying grains of the fabric, it gives off a unique and individual texture, as well as a sense of style, tone and elegance, especially when made into suits, dresses, etc. for women. Being able to show off its excellence as an attractive textile fabric.
