Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 送風機またはブロワーの騒音対策に消音器を設置するが
、送風機やブロワーの風量、風圧には圧力損失が最大の
敵である、風量を少しでも多く、早く送る為には消音器
の圧力損失の少いものが要求されています、圧力損失の
少いものは常識的にも騒音に対する減音効果が少いが、
この発明は多年の経験を生かし圧力損失を少く且つ各周
波数を平均に減音できる最大の効果のある特徴をもつ消
音器である。図面に基いて説明すると、遮蔽吸音パネル
（４）は剛質枠（１）、を組み、吸音材（２）を充填し
、外表面全体に有孔板を（３）、施した長方形の遮蔽吸
音板（４）を二枚以上を左右交互、または二枚以上を自
由に、斜傾併列に組合せたものを、円筒または角形のチ
ャンバー（５）内に固定収納した消音器の構造。この発
明は多年研究して、風圧に逆らはずに音波、音圧レベル
の拡散性質に合せて、広い吸音面に乱反響させ、各周波
数に亘って減音できるので比較的小型で安価に生産でき
る特徴をもつ。
