この外箱3の扉部4は、表面に施錠操作部を有する通常
の金庫の扉構造からなって施錠機構を内蔵し、収納部5
の一方側に片寄って取付けられており、他方側の収納部
5上は外箱3の上周壁部3Aが延出形成されている。
そして、この上周壁部3Aには落下孔6が垂直に貫通し
て開口形成されている。
この落下孔6と前記外部投入口2との間には保管物の落
下方向をガイドし中箱内へ導くための投下管路7が設け
られている。
ここで、保管物は自重によって落下し投下管路7により
ガイドされて落下孔6を通って中箱8に収容されるので
、外部投入口2は中箱8の載置位置より上方で且つ投下
管路7は保管物の自重によって降下可能な傾斜角に設定
される。
なお、保管物の落下速度(加速度)が大きい場合には投
下管路の一部に水平部分や上昇部分が設けられていても
よい。
尚、図中51は、落下孔6から落下した保管物が中箱8
の上面開口部80に収容されるように落下方向をガイド
するため外箱3の内周壁に固設されたガイド板である。
また、図中5Fは、外箱3の内周壁に横架された掛止具
であって、レジスターの金銭収納引出(図示せず)を掛
止めるためのものであるが、この掛止構造は適宜公知の
掛止構造を用いてもよい。
また、この収納部5には、掛止具を設けず、上記金銭収
納引出を(中箱上に)収納(載W)するためのスペース
を設けるだけでもよく、収納部5を有効に活用すること
ができて好ましい。
また、本実施例では、外箱3の収納部5は、その中に収
納された中箱8が落下孔6の開口位置から離反方向乃至
接近方向に進退動しうる大きさに設定されている。
従って、外部投入口2の使用時間中は、中箱8を落下孔
6の接近方向(図中、実線位置)lこ移動させ、中箱8
の上面開口部80が落下孔6から落];する保管物を収
納可能な連通位置にセットされる。
次ぎに、外部投入口2の不使用時間中は、中箱8を落下
孔離反方向く図中、一点鎖線位置)に移動させる。
これにより、落下孔6から中箱8の上面開口部80が離
れるので落下孔6を介して中箱8内に収納された保管物
を抜出すことが困難となる。
この中箱8の落下孔離反方向乃至接近方向へ変位させる
進退動は、単に人手だけで移動させても或いは移動機構
を介して行ってもよい。
例えば、外箱3の内周壁の進退動方向両側にガイドレー
ルを取付け、一方中箱8に上記ガイドレ・−ルに嵌合す
るローラを設は収納部5内をスライス滑動するさせる構
成、或いは収納部5の内側壁面をガイド面とし、中箱に
車輪を設ける構成等適宜移動手段を講じることができる
。
この際、中箱8が落下孔6から落下する保管物を収納可
能な連通位置(図中、実線位置)及び、上記落下孔6か
らの最大の離反位置(図中、一点鎖線位置)のそれぞれ
でローラや車輪等の移動要素が一旦拘束される拘束部を
形成しておけば外箱への衝撃等によって中箱8が移動す
ることがなく好ましい。
この拘束部としては、例えば、所定の負荷が加わると没
する出没自在なストッパや、断面山型状のスト・7バを
ローラや車輪の接地位置に突設しておき、移動時には上
記ストッパを越えて拘束状態を解除する等の構成がある
。
更に、このように落下孔離反方向へ移動した中箱8の開
口部80を閉止する閉止カバー9を着脱可能に取付けて
もよい。
この閉止カバー9は少なくとも外側から中箱8の内部側
へは開かないカバーであって、例えば図中、二点鎖線で
示す如く中箱8の上面開口部80を閉止すべく口縁に嵌
込まれる。
この閉止カバー9を用いることによって中箱8は列部即
ち落下孔6を介して中に収納された保管物を取出(抜取
り)される虞れがなくて安全であるつ
ここでこの発明においては、外箱3の収納部5に上記実
施例の如き中箱8を移動させるだめのスペースを設けて
おかなくてもよい。
また、その場合には保管時に閉止カバー9で中箱8の開
口部80を閉止してもよく、これにより確実に保管する
ことができて好ましい。
次ぎに、第2図に示す外部投入口付床下金庫1は、外部
投入口を屋外に設置した異なる実施例を示す。
この実施例において、前記第1図示の実施例と同一構成
については同一の番号を付しその説明を省略する。
この外部投入口付床下金庫1は、外部投入口2を屋外に
設置された支柱11で支持した投入箱20に形成してい
る。
この投入箱20の下方には投下管路7が連接されて地中
を通り、屋内の床面Fに設置された外箱3の落下孔6゛
に連通している。
この落下孔6′は、本実施例の場合、外箱3の側周壁部
3Bに下降傾斜して貫通透孔された構成からなる。
また、中箱8は第8図で示す如く、上方が開放して保管
物出入用の上面開口部80が形成されると共に一方の側
壁で前記落下孔6゛ と連通可能な位置に保管物投入用
の開口部81が開口形成されている。
この中箱8には、第6図で示す如き閉止カバー9が掛止
められる。
この閉止カバー9は、カバー側板9Aとカバー天板9B
とが蝶着されており、カバー天板9B上には把手9 H
が突設されると共に中箱8の外周に外側から隙間なく嵌
込まれる掛止片9Fが基端側に垂設されている。
尚、第7図は閉止カバー9を折畳んだ状態を示す側面図
で、この状態で閉止カバー9は収納部5内に中箱8と共
に収納しておけばよい。
次ぎに、前記第1図及び第2図のそれぞれ異なる実施例
において外箱3に形成される落下孔6゜6゛は同一の外
箱3に両方形成しておき、不使用の側の落下孔を蓋等で
閉止しておけば、一つの外箱で両者に兼用することがで
きて好ましい。
そこで第3図乃至第5図で示す如く、外箱3゛に前記両
方に位置に上周壁部3A’ に形成された垂直状の落下
孔6及び側周壁部3B’ に形成された落下孔6゛を開
口形成しておき、両者を使用してもよいが、いづれか一
方のみを使用する場合には、不使用側の落下孔の開口を
閉止蓋等で閉止しておく。
また、この外箱3′の収納部には前記第8図示の中箱8
を用いれば、垂直の落下孔6には上面開口部80が、傾
斜する落下孔6゛には開口部81がそれぞれ保管物投入
用の開口部とすることができ好ましい。
更に、閉止カバー9も併用すれば一層安全に保管するこ
とができる。
この外箱3′を用いれば以上のごとく外部投入口がいづ
れの位置に配設されていても両者に使用することができ
