ベルト側面を損傷するばかりか強度の接触にいたっては

た際に左右のロール間隔の調整不具合によってベルトの
一例がロール縁に乗り上げて搬送に支障をきたしたり、
ベルトの裏面が損傷したり、また湿気を含んだ微細な土
砂或いは粉体等がロールに附着し、該ロールを圧して回
転するベルトの押圧力により硬化してロールの一部分が
大きくなるためにベルトが横滑りしていたが、本発明で
は広幅ベルトlの凸部3がロール10の小径部12に嵌
り、凸部3の側部14が小径部12の肩部13に当接し
て回転するので、左右間隔の調整が多少悪かったり、ロ
ールに土砂等が附着しても広幅ベルトlは横滑りするこ
となく、従ってベルトの側面とコンベヤー側板15の内
面が接触する憂いはないのでベルトが損傷したり、側板
との接触により発熱することもなく、ベルトコンベヤー
は円滑に作動するものである等誠に顕著なる効果を有す
