つ、特殊な製造設備を必要とする。また、コンベ
アベルトを支えるプーリ等についても段付プーリ
を必要とするため、さらにコストアツプの原因と
なる。そのうえに、このコンベアベルトを曲線走
行させる場合には、その断面を第2図に示すよう
に、曲線に曲つた内側の部分(第2図上右側の部
分)がせり上がるために相当接する2個の膨大部
101が上下方向にずれる。この膨大部101の
ずれを防止するために、さらに、押えローラ(図
示せず)を必要とする欠点を有する。他の従来公
知の円筒形コンベアベルト200においては、コ
ンベアベルト200自体の形状が簡単であるため
に、上記した第1図および第2図に示す円筒形コ
ンベアベルト100のようなコンベアベルト自体
の複雑形状に起因する問題はない。しかし、この
コンベアベルト200も、曲線走行させる場合に
は、その状態の断面を第4図に示すように、屈曲
