Conventional technology In addition to the usual dry transfer method, traditional techniques for applying pictures to various objects include direct printing methods such as silk screen printing, and wet methods in which the transfer material is swollen with water and the pattern layer is slid and transferred. A transfer method or a sublimation transfer method in which a sublimable dye is heated and sublimated onto a transfer material is known. However, the direct printing method requires complicated operations for color registration in multicolor painting, the wet transfer method requires manual work such as hand pasting, resulting in high costs, and the sublimation transfer method Otherwise, there is a high risk that the image will become blurred, and the coloring agent used is limited to sublimation dyes, which have poor affinity with dyes such as metals, glass, and molded products made of non-polar polymers. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to apply.

Furthermore, in the case of painting using the normal dry transfer method, the transfer painting sheet generally has a structure in which a release resin layer, a pattern coloring layer, and an adhesive layer are sequentially attached to a base sheet. If a curable resin is used for the layer, the pattern coloring layer will not adhere well after curing, so thermoplastic resin is usually used for the release resin layer, and the pattern will be damaged by the heat during the transfer process. The mold release resin layer, which should serve as a protective layer, was easily damaged, making it difficult to transfer designs with high physical strength such as friction resistance or peel resistance.

Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention Under the above circumstances, the manufacturing method and transfer processing method for transfer-decorated sheets are simple and inexpensive, and can be applied to a wide range of molded products including metals, glass, etc. As a result of research into an excellent dry transfer painting method that is easy and produces beautiful pictures, we used a transfer painting sheet that combines a thermosetting resin overcoat layer and an ultraviolet curing ink pattern layer according to the present invention. The inventors have discovered that the above-mentioned difficulties and drawbacks of the prior art can be conveniently overcome by this, and have thus arrived at the present invention.

A transfer picture sheet as shown in Fig. 1, which is provided with an adhesive layer (5) such as a heat-sensitive adhesive for adhering the coating layer (3) and the pattern colored layer (4) to the surface of the transfer material. (6),
As shown in FIG. 6, the material to be transferred is adhered to the α frame through the adhesive layer (3) while being pressed with a heated roller, and after peeling off the base sheet (1), the material is heated at an appropriate temperature and time ( For example 1

Furthermore, a transfer picture sheet (6
), as shown in Figure 2, a release layer (2) such as polyethylene wax is attached on the surface of the base sheet (1), and then a thermosetting resin is attached on top of the release layer (2). Heat for a time (e.g. 100-120C for 10-30 seconds)
A dried uncured overcoat layer (3) is formed, a pattern is attached thereon with ultraviolet curable ink, and the pattern is cured by irradiation with ultraviolet rays to form a cured pattern colored layer (3).
4) and then attaching an appropriate adhesive layer (5) thereon. However, the transferred picture sheet (6) is manufactured as a continuous long object. Sometimes, as shown in Fig. 3, a required number of letterpress or lithographic printing cylinder units (8) (8) using ultraviolet curing ink are arranged in the body of the impression cylinder (7). At the same time, a rotary press α is equipped with ultraviolet irradiation devices (9) (9)... immediately behind each plate cylindrical unit.
Using Q, the elongated base sheet (1) to which a release layer (2) and a dry uncured overcoat layer (3) have been separately attached in advance is sequentially transferred to the pressing cylinder (7) which is rotated by the rotary press αO. ) onto the uncured overcoat layer (3) of the base sheet (1) while sequentially applying a pattern colored layer made of ultraviolet curable ink by the operation of the plate cylinder unit (8) (8)... The pattern colored layer is sequentially cured by ultraviolet irradiation from the ultraviolet ray irradiation device (9) (9)..., and then the base sheet is guided to the adhesive coating device αQ to apply λ adhesive on the cured pattern colored layer (4). By sequentially applying the adhesive layers and further guiding the base sheet to the adhesive drying device αυ and the cooling device (a), the transfer picture sheet (6) can be easily and economically produced in a continuous manner. You will be able to get it.

In addition, according to the conventional technology, when a thermosetting resin is used for the overcoat layer, once the resin hardens, it becomes difficult to reliably attach a pattern colored layer to the overcoat layer. The difficulty of painting on the thermosetting resin type overcoat layer can be conveniently solved by the method of adding a colored pattern layer using ultraviolet curable ink onto the dried, uncured overcoat layer as in the invention. You will be able to do it.

According to the transfer painting method of the present invention constructed in this way, as a result, regardless of whether the overcoat layer (3) is composed of a hardened synthetic resin, the predetermined pattern coloring tank (4)
is accurately adhered to the overcoat layer, and is strongly protected by the cured overcoat layer, resulting in much stronger abrasion resistance and durability compared to designs made with conventional dry transfer painting sheets. peel strength,
As a large pattern such as solvent resistance strength, the pattern colored layer (4
) can remain on the transferred material for a long time. FIG. 4 shows a pattern α→ transferred by the method of the present invention onto the surface of a transferred material α made of a stainless steel plate. Even if the transferred material (2) is cut out using a press machine to follow the outline of the pattern and the pattern is bent appropriately to form a fishing lure α-uniform as shown in Fig. 5, the The pattern α-bi can withstand such machining and will not peel off or be damaged.

In addition, since adhesion to the material to be transferred is based on the adhesive action of the adhesive layer (5), the transferred pattern does not become blurred as is the case with the sublimation transfer method, and can be applied to metal, glass, or cured synthetic resin molded products. The present invention does not make it difficult to transfer pictures to other colors, and also eliminates the trouble of registering when applying multi-color pictures, which is the case with direct printing methods. Needless to say, it becomes law.

Furthermore, since the pattern colored layer (4) in the method of the present invention uses ultraviolet curable ink, it has better abrasion resistance and other properties than when using normal gravure printing ink or offset printing ink. The overcoat layer (3

In addition, in the method of the present invention, after the transfer processing to the transfer material, the transfer material is heat-treated to harden the overcoat layer, which is different from ordinary gravure printing or offset printing, in which the gloss of the printing ink surface tends to decrease due to heating. Compared to patterns made with printing ink, the patterns made with the ultraviolet curable ink according to the present invention have excellent surface gloss and a beautiful appearance.

Apply a mixed resin of Almatex 7day 4) manufactured by Mitsui Toatsu Chemical Co., Ltd. and chlorinated polypropylene (Super Chron 822 manufactured by Dejin Kokusaku Half Co., Ltd.) at a ratio of 8:2, dry, cool, and transfer. Get a picture sheet. Next, the transfer painting sheet was placed on the surface of the stainless steel plate at a size of 220c x 8cN.
Silicon roll thermal transfer is carried out under the conditions of 120 CXB per second, and the steel plate is heat-treated for 120 CXB in a constant temperature dryer to complete curing of the overcoat layer. The images transferred in this way are beautiful and have excellent physical strength and chemical resistance.
