That is, (1) a release layer is provided on a base sheet such as paper or plastic film, a matting agent layer and a transparent colored layer are partially provided on the release layer in alignment with each other, and a metallic luster thin film layer is further provided on top of the release layer. (2) After printing and applying a paint containing a pigment with a metallic feel to the surface of the base material using a transfer material made by sequentially laminating adhesive layers, the surface of the base material has a metallic luster. Hot-stamped stamping foil with a metallic luster thin film layer as one constituent layer on the necessary areas,
(3) Instead of applying a paint containing a pigment with a metallic feel, a release layer is provided on the base sheet,
A pigment layer using a pigment with a metallic feel is provided thereon as a coloring agent, and after transfer printing processing is performed using a transfer material made by laminating an adhesive layer on top of the pigment layer, the above-mentioned
Similar to (2), hot stamping is applied to the areas where metallic luster is required. (4) A peeling layer is provided on the base sheet, a colored layer is partially provided on top of the peeling layer, and a metallic luster is further applied on top of that. Using a transfer material provided with a thin film layer and an adhesive layer, and a mold consisting of a smooth plate and an eraser plate, a metallic luster consisting of a metallic luster part and an eraser-like metallic luster part is created at the same time as the transfer printing process. There are things that appear with patterns.

In other words, in the case of the product (1), the transfer material used for manufacturing requires registration that is extremely difficult in industrial terms, and if even the slightest deviation occurs in the registration, a product with significantly inferior design effect will be obtained. I can't. Products in (2) and (3) (i) hot stamped using stamping foil have extremely low resistance in areas that require metallic luster, and (ii) require a process of providing a pigment layer and hot stamping. Because of this, the work is time-consuming and is inferior in economic efficiency and productivity. For products in (4), (i) the molds used during manufacturing are expensive, (ii) the design effect is poor because it is difficult to express delicate patterns, and (iii) the transfer printing process It has drawbacks such as difficulty in registration.

る装飾基材である。 The inventors of the present invention have completed various experiments and considerations in view of the above points, and as a result have completed the present invention.
That is, in the present invention, an adhesive layer is formed on the surface of the base material,
A pigment layer containing a pigment having a metallic appearance is formed thereon, a metal thin film layer is partially formed on the pigment layer, and a resin layer is further formed on top of the pigment layer, and the resin layer is in contact with the metal thin film layer. This is a decorative base material having a metallic luster pattern, characterized in that only some parts are dyed in an arbitrary color.

基材1表面に転写印刷加工を行えばよい。 As shown in FIG. 1, a pigment layer 3, a metal thin film layer 4, and a partially dyed resin layer 5 are formed on the surface of this base material 1 via an adhesive layer 2. The pigment layer 3 is a layer containing a pigment having a metallic appearance, and is a layer exhibiting a faded metallic luster. To form the adhesive layer 2, pigment layer 3, metal thin film layer 4, and resin layer 5, transfer printing may be performed on the surface of the base material 1 using a transfer material 6 to be described later.

Examples of such resins include acrylic resins, vinyl resins, cellulose resins, chlorinated olefin resins, thermosetting acrylic resins, and epoxy resins. This resin layer 5 is preferably a transparent resin layer because it transfers to the transferred object side after transfer and also plays the role of surface protection.
This resin layer 5 may be colored.

When dyeing the resin layer 5 or the primer layer for metal thin film with a dye solution, the dye is required to act as a resist dyeing layer, so it is necessary to appropriately select and use a dye that is difficult to dye depending on the composition of the dye solution. Examples of such water-soluble resins include water-soluble cellulose resins such as polyvinyl alcohol and methyl cellulose.

This is to prevent the binder from interfering with the dissolution of the water-soluble resin layer 8 in the subsequent cleaning process even if the colored layer 9 is provided over the water-soluble resin layer 8. This makes registration, which is extremely difficult industrially, unnecessary.

This pigment layer 3 becomes a portion that reveals a faded metal surface. As the colorant used, a paste made of metal powder such as aluminum or brass with stearic acid, oleic acid, etc. is suitable. As the resin binder used, acrylic, vinyl, thermosetting acrylic melamine, epoxy, etc. can be used. The degree of fading of the faded metal surface obtained by this pigment layer 3 can be arbitrarily determined by selecting the pigment, and
It can be adjusted using matting agents such as silica and calcium carbonate. Incidentally, the pigment layer 3 may be formed by mixing pigments or dyes other than metal powder into the ink, if necessary, to reveal a colored metal surface.

The decorative substrate having the metallic luster pattern according to the present invention can be obtained by subjecting the substrate 1 to a heat treatment at 400° C. for 15 to 30 minutes to harden the thermosetting resin in the transfer layer. If the substrate 1 is made of glass, metal, or heat-resistant material such as phenol or melamine resin, the substrate surface can be pretreated as necessary (e.g., silane coupling treatment, acid treatment, etc.) before transfer printing to obtain a decorative substrate having a metallic luster pattern with stronger adhesion.

ある。 Since the decorative base material having a metallic luster pattern according to the present invention has the above-described structure, it has the following effects. That is, in the present invention, the part with metallic luster is composed of a metal thin film layer, so that a surface with excellent brightness can be obtained, while the part with metallic luster is made of a pigment and matting agent with a metallic feel. Since the paint film is constructed and heat treated, the pigment and matting agent become rough on the surface due to shrinkage during curing of the coating film, and a surface having an arbitrary degree of matteness can be obtained. Further, since there is no misregistration between the highly lustrous metallic luster portion and the faded metallic lustrous portion, the design effect is excellent.

ある。 Furthermore, the manufacturing process of the present invention only involves transfer printing using a transfer material, and the manufacturing process of the transfer material does not require registering, which is extremely difficult industrially, so productivity is improved. It is highly economical. Furthermore, since this transfer material is firmly adhered to the base material by baking, it has extremely excellent durability, especially adhesion strength.
